Today we’d like to introduce you to Emanuele Ponzo.
Hi Emanuele, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
I have started Crateful in 2015. Crateful is a high-end catering company. The key to Crateful’s success is related to the fact any of the employees work in the company as they are the owners. From the Executive Chef Davide Godoli to the Chef the cuisine Carlos Briones, to the event manager Naaz Daroodi and the creativity of my beautiful wife Olga Guseva
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
No business has a smooth road especially if you want to play at a high level, I always think you can do more. Covid was very challenging but I like a challenge so now we are stronger than ever.

Crateful is a full-service catering company, we are proud of being a very multicultural company, we always create new dishes to impress our clients and we like to do small dinners for 10 people and big parties for 1000 people. For us, the most important thing is to work happy and healthy! We are grateful we are crateful.
Who else deserves credit for your story?
I should thank you for being the most creative person I have ever met in my life my wife Olga. She is the key to Crateful’s restructuring during Covid and after Covid. without her push, without her help, I could never achieve what I have done in the last years.
