Today we’d like to introduce you to Aram Bejanian.
Hi Aram, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
ParkSafe, Inc. was founded on the principles of the most important thing in our lives… family. An event is a special time in our lives. Whether it is a wedding, baptism, birthday, baby shower or, sadly, even a funeral, these are all milestones that mark our lives. From the minute your car pulls up to an event, memories are made. Before ParkSafe, Inc came along, valet parking had a reputation for being careless, robotic, and sometimes even untrustworthy. I, Aram Bejanian set out to change that. My mission was to make the valet parking experience a family one. Following in my father’s footsteps, I chose to build on what he had already established as a well-known valet company in Los Angeles.
A bit about me, I spent many years as a child alongside my father during thousands of events, during all hours of the day, whether it was a morning baby shower or a late night birthday party. One thing was constant in each of these instances… events held a special place in people’s lives. The final goodbye from a valet attendant was more important than what I could have imagined. No matter how happy someone was during the party, if their final goodbye from a valet attendant was sour, it would leave a stain on that memory.
I set out on a mission of not only hiring valet attendants that would one day become a family themselves but would extend that warmth to any guests that entrusted them with the keys to their cars. So I did just that. In the year 2017 ParkSafe, Inc. was born as a valet company with a social media presence. We gave our customers a chance to view our portfolio rather than seeing a description of our services on paper. Essentially, we took them for a ride with us… literally. Rather than a phone call to some unknown office, they would feel comfortable to direct message us at any time of the day. As the founder, I always make sure that they understand what services they would get for their specific event because we make it a point to tailor each experience with us to fit the personal needs of each and every event. After all, each event has its own vibe and its own personality, so to speak, and we are here for it all, from start to finish. Our mission statement is this: WE ARE YOUR FIRST HELLO AND YOUR LAST GOODBYE.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road to where we got in this present moment was not always an easy one. There have been many obstacles along the way as we grew from the opportunities and embraced the good moments. Through trial and error of finding the right “family” members to join our valet team, as well as through learning curves in our operational day to day style, we grew and became loved by our community. The biggest obstacle in my personal life has been the loss of my twin brother, Arthur, in 2019. The grief is beyond measure to this day, as I remember the many days and nights that we have spent together throughout our lives. He, like me, has also spent many hours alongside our father in the valet world, and I know that as my angel that I can call by name, he is so proud of all that I have accomplished. The most important thing ever to him was family, and I take that with me wherever I go as I root my business in that very concept.

ParkSafe, Inc. is a valet parking and parking management firm that specializes in parking and event logistics. Our job is simple. We provide guests, clients and parking structures with top-notch trained attendants trained in family-style customer service paired with professional and clean operations. Whether you have a thousand car parking structures that you need help managing or an event at your residence, we are here to help with it all.
In our community, we are known for accommodating every single request, that means any last second event that may come up. We want to be there for you during your most important moments. You have enough to worry about, let us take care of your first hello and final goodbye for each of your guests! We are on the city registry for event services working with multiple City Halls including Glendale, Burbank, Santa Clarita and Hollywood.
With the hard work of our team members, we are also proud vendors to many celebrity clients who have experienced the ParkSafe difference. Our teams are fully capable of providing service for a few thousand people at a time, and some of our other clients include: Dolby Theater, Navasartian Festival, Starlight Bowl, Hollywood Bowl and the LA marathon, just to name a select few. During the Covid-19 pandemic, we switched gears, we teamed up with our local vendors and delivered over 50,000 meals and counting to the elderly and those in need. Our presence can always be seen in our community with our local restaurants, banquet halls, churches, theaters and private residences. They are all a part of our ParkSafe family, and we thank them all for their loyalty.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Starting a business, as I’m sure many would agree, requires a leap of faith. There is a certain amount of risk that I believe is always involved in opening a business, especially one that engages so closely with people. I knew going into this that there was going to be not only risk but a lot of sacrifices that I would need to make in order to reach my vision for my company. My dad always tells me to this day, “Your business is your child. You need to grow it, love it, and nurture it in order for it to grow strong.” I have learned that anything in life worth doing requires a belief in self, first and foremost, in order to achieve great heights. After all, everything you do with love is here to stay.
