Title: From Law to Luxury: My Journey to Real Estate Success
In 2008, I found myself at a crossroads. As a newly minted paralegal, I was eager to make a difference, working tirelessly alongside an attorney to help clients navigate the complexities of their legal battles. Every day was a new challenge, a puzzle waiting to be solved, and I relished the opportunity to assist those in need. It wasn’t just a job; it was a calling. I discovered that helping people brought me a deep sense of fulfillment.
Yet, as much as I loved the work, my heart ached for the two small boys waiting for me at home. The long hours and demanding cases meant precious moments with them were slipping away. I yearned for a career that would allow me to continue my passion for helping others while also being more present in my children’s lives.
Real estate had always intrigued me, and in 2017, I took the leap and earned my license. However, life had its own plans, and it wasn’t until the world was turned upside down by COVID-19 that I fully embarked on my new journey. The pandemic brought uncertainty, but it also brought opportunity. People were searching for stability, for a place to call home during tumultuous times.
I found my purpose in helping families secure that sanctuary. Since then, I have had the privilege of guiding over 40 families through the process of buying or selling their homes, helping them achieve the American Dream. Every key handed over, every family settled, became a testament to my journey—a journey that began in the legal world but found its true home in real estate.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Entering the world of real estate felt like a smooth ride at first. I quickly found my rhythm, helping family after family achieve their dreams. Each transaction was a victory, each closing a celebration. But behind the scenes, owning my own business presented its own set of challenges. The responsibility of running every aspect of the business—from marketing to negotiations, from client relations to financial management—was overwhelming at times. There were days when the pressure felt immense, when the balance between work and home life seemed impossible to maintain.

My business is rooted in a passion for helping others, a commitment that extends beyond real estate. After a fulfilling career as a paralegal, I transitioned into real estate to balance my professional life with my role as a mother and to continue making a positive impact on people’s lives. Now, as a Realtor, I specialize in guiding families through one of the most significant decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home. My journey has also led me to become a community leader and influencer, actively engaging in local initiatives and supporting causes close to my heart, like the Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation, where I serve as an Ambassador. I’ve helped over 40 families achieve the American Dream, ensuring they feel supported and confident throughout the entire process.

I specialize in luxury real estate across California, providing personalized service to each client. What I’m known for is my dedication to my clients’ needs and my deep involvement in the community. Whether it’s finding the perfect home, negotiating the best deal, or advocating for local causes, I’m there every step of the way. My background in law has given me a unique skill set in understanding contracts and navigating legal complexities, which adds an extra layer of assurance for my clients.

Being recognized as a Top Producing Agent in 2022 and 2023, along with receiving awards like the 2022 International Sterling Society and the 2023 International Diamond Society, has been a testament to the hard work and dedication I put into my business and my community.

What I love most about our city is its strong sense of community and the way people come together to support one another. Whether it’s local events, neighborhood gatherings, or community initiatives, there’s a genuine spirit of connection and collaboration here. I also appreciate the city’s natural beauty—being able to enjoy the beach, hiking trails, and outdoor activities with my family is a huge bonus. The combination of vibrant community life and stunning surroundings makes this city a wonderful place to live and work.
What do you like least about our city?
While our city has many strengths, like any place, it has its challenges. One thing I find challenging is the high cost of living, which can make it difficult for some families to achieve their dream of homeownership. As a Realtor, I see firsthand the impact this has on people, and it motivates me to work even harder to find creative solutions and opportunities for my clients. Additionally, like many growing communities, we face issues related to traffic and infrastructure, but I believe that by working together, we can continue to improve and address these challenges.
