Hi Tiffany, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
People are calling me the “Manifesting Psychologist” because I’ve been on a mission to help folks manifest their dream life!
You know how people have big dreams but don’t know how to make them a reality?
I’m a psychologist who helps people attract their deepest desires using techniques backed by science, psychology, and proven mindset strategies!
In fact, I’ve helped clients manifest love, babies, dream jobs, and even financial freedom!
I started off a burned-out hustler looking for love in the wrong places.
I started my manifestation journey as a broke burned-out hustler looking for love in all the wrong places. I was constantly burned out and stressed trying to make my dreams come true while also dealing with heartbreaks and repressed pain.
I was always a person with a strong willpower, but eventually constantly trying to force my dreams to come true would always catch up with me. Being a spiritual person, I asked God for guidance and that’s when things started to change!
Things started to change for me!
Then I was introduced to manifestation and it changed my life. This philosophy fit right in with my spiritual leanings and love for psychology. I dedicated myself to mastering manifestation techniques and learned everything I could about manifestation philosophy such as the Law of Attraction. I also was able to gain vast knowledge in the human psyche and behavior change through my extensive PhD studies to become a psychologist.
I applied everything I was learning about manifestation and mindset to my own life and quickly came up with a formula to attract my dreams quickly. I stopped the cycle of toxic relationships and attracted my soul mate. I got pregnant on the first try. I manifested two book deals. I manifested a profitable business. And just recently, I manifested my dream job and house!
Once I realized that I had a bulletproof formula, I knew I had to share this wisdom with others. And I started using this knowledge in my sessions with clients.

With my psychology experience and education, yoga and meditation knowledge, and expertise in manifestation, I have spent almost a decade helping clients shift their mindset to attain peace and happiness.
And as a psychologist, my expertise of the human psyche makes me uniquely qualified to teach people how to reprogram their minds and develop a manifestation mindset. This is something you just won’t find from most manifestation teachers and coaches.
The Manifesting Psychologist was born!
Through many years of study, practice, and working with clients, I have developed a strategy to clarify goals, restructure limiting beliefs, and manifest quickly.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I started my manifestation journey as a broke burned-out hustler looking for love in all the wrong places. I was constantly burned out and stressed trying to make my dreams come true while also dealing with heartbreaks and repressed pain.
More specifically, trying to support myself financially through my higher education was a burden. I dealt with debilitating anxiety working multiple jobs while going to school part-time. Add to that the heartbreaks from relationships that most people experience in their twenties, and it was all just a bit overwhelming.
I was always a person with a strong willpower, but eventually constantly trying to force my dreams to come true would always catch up with me. Being a spiritual person, I asked God for guidance and that’s when things started to change!
I was able to use my Ph.D. in psychology and spiritual knowledge to manifest many of my dreams but also translate that into two businesses to help others manifest their dreams and attain enlightenment.
Building Dream Life Academy and Conscious Life Shop certainly came with its struggles of knowing nothing about business but with grit and perseverance, I was able to build companies with incredible impact. This same perseverance to use my struggles to help me evolve helped me manifest my two book deals and I’ve been able to help more people with my two books 5 Minute Focus and Self Compassion and Mindfulness.

I have taken the entire process from start to finish to vibrating high, experiencing joy daily, creating manifestation routines and habits that actually stick, overcoming negative thoughts and limiting beliefs, seeing your abundance now, breaking through blocks like self-doubt and fear, allowing and letting go, spiritual alignment, aligned action and put it ALL into this program.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My biggest mentors have been from my family. I come from a lineage of strong women on both sides of my family and they have all passed down values and lessons that have helped me persevere and thrive. From my mother’s effective coping strategies to my grandmothers’ faith, to my great grandmother’s tenacity – they have all shaped me into the ambitious and faithful woman I am today.
