Hi Suren, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
We began brokering cars in 2005. Our goal was to provide the best possible experience for car buyers. We did not market and simply relied on our clients and their referrals. Slowly, but surely, we started growing and in 2010 we began using social medial to keep in contact with clients, From thereon our business took off and we have been a valley staple for car buying experience ever since.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
If anyone knows business, they know that there is no such thing as smooth roads in business. The roads were definitely rocky, however, we were prepared and because our goal was a simple and clear, we did not give up. One of the biggest challenges would have to be the economy, followed by inventory. When economy is not doing so well, people tend to not spend money on new cars. Regardless of financial standing, people stay away from such purchases. Next problem which we began encountering post covid is the inventory of vehicles. It has been hard getting new vehicles because of low inventory. With that said, we always go above and beyond the find the right car at the right price even in this market.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Signature Auto was founded in 2005 with the goal of making the purchase or lease of a new vehicle as easy and hassle-free as possible. Our slogan is “Your dream car is only a signature away,” We specialize in finding you the best deal for your next new vehicle. We also help you sell or trade your current vehicle, even if it is a lease. We are most proud of knowing our clients personally and treating them like family. We want to make sure they know they’re in the best hands.

Readers should know that a car buying experience should not be a nerve wrecking experience. It can be a pleasurable one where you actually bypass the stress and concentrate on the fun part of receiving a new car.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes us happy is when a client sees their car and loves it. Their happy faces make our whole day! We put a lot of time and effort into getting the best deals and finding the right cars. When the customer first sees their car and says they love it, we get the biggest joy. I can say there is no greater joy at our job.
