Embarking on my professional journey at just 18 being a teen mom, I delved into the world of business coordination as a master stylist and salon coordinator. However, unforeseen wrist issues prompted a pivotal shift, leading me from the beauty industry to the dynamic realm of business administration coordination. This transition ignited my exploration into the broad realm of real estate and business investing. I started to naturally gravitate towards my full potential that blossomed despite the struggles of being a teen mom, having my son on the autism spectrum, and still attempting to finish my AS degree in computer science with two minors in psychology and business law. Not having the luxury, I would see various friends and peers having truly propelled the growth of my entrepreneurial endeavors and the desire to succeed. I was and am my only guarantee of success, of truly making it out of the rat race by learning key knowledge that makes the world go round for the 1%.
Over a decade of honing my skills in business administration, I seamlessly transitioned into the real estate sector. From administrator to executive assistant and ultimately to acquisitions, property management, and rehab coordination. This experience came with a high price to pay for absent moments and efforts unappreciated to gaining keen cunning experience learned by working with high-net-worth CEOs and owners that confirmed that I had to suck it up, keep learning, and ultimately apply the teachings to keep moving towards the top. I was always reminded that at the top, you are with collaborating minds.
My journey equipped me with the expertise to excel. Guided by a passion for genuine connections and a soul mission of aspiring to inspire and wanting to make a difference by showing as many individuals the way to acquire wealth by moving with intention and, most importantly, without fear of failure but confident of knowing that success is attainable solely by applying simple, consistent methods and allocating funds in various creative ways that multiply those cents and dollars.
My approach transcends transactions of information everywhere that I go. I strive to see beyond the deal, understanding each individual’s story. Connections are a personal journey and exchange between souls and individuals.
My professional journey has led me to spearhead business relations, development, and coordination. Using all my skills I am able to assist individuals build wealth through real estate and house hack in this market. I pair my clients, friends, and family with financial advisors and other professionals to obtain access to things they might have never thought of, providing a broad path for investment options aside from the typical stock market or crypto that might be more intimidating than buying real estate and building a portfolio if done accurately and strategically.
This diverse experience and dual licensing paved the way for my specialization in a wide array of real estate transactions, including traditional real estate purchasing and selling, 1031 exchanges, creative real estate investing, land listings for development projects, commercial properties, luxury residences, relocations, off market, and multi-housing. With a focus on these areas, I curate opportunities, foster growth, build relations, and guide clients towards their unique real estate goals with passion and dedication.
Yet, beyond titles and status, my true essence lies in touching lives. With a heart dedicated to igniting potential and inspiring growth, my goal transcends real estate. It’s about reaching souls, awakening dormant sparks, and guiding others to their full potential of seeing their dreams becoming a reality.

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it has been a bumpy ride, from being a teen mom, losing my passion and drive for modeling after being told various things at each casting call and fail after failed attempted to wanting to then focus on my cosmetology career in hopes to at least make it in the industry as a stylist to have it all shut down when I had my son diagnosed and had to focus on helping him obtain his optimal outcome despite doctors suggestions. To then my own hands giving up on my career as a stylist at such a young age truly killed my soul. I caught a break working for the CEO/owner of a property company in LA, scaling from executive assistant to doing property acquisitions, rehab, closings, management, risk prevention, you name it! Many times did I cry out of frustration knowing that I was doing the job of more than 5 people and getting paid the wage of one person burnt me out after so many years of being asked how I could work for someone like my boss and having to deal with the utmost stress truly broke me in many way especially financially. However, all of that built me for the next phase of my life, where my confidence rose from knowing that I could handle almost anything and person that came my way. I became ruthless in standing my ground and learning to be confident in what I know and preventing unforeseen outcomes even if the person does not want to hear it; as the person I am, I can’t nor will I let someone by their own downfall because of capricious ego-driven hunger especially if its business, a bad deal or investment must be assessed before it happens and sometimes people don’t do that, and they go off emotion so all of those events and emotional moments I have had to pay the price for experience have paid off. I can confidently help those who need help and those who don’t realize they need help.

Yes, I moved across states and restarted from scratch without family, friends, or anyone to assist or facilitate any introductions. I have had to build my rolodex again like how I had it when I lived at the Orsini in DT visiting my mom back home in Palm Springs, or visiting friends in The OC and Seal Beach. I have had to restart as AN ADULT and make connections and build relations using my confidence that I had done this before and preventing myself from being my own worst enemy and becoming my ally, which is what I strive to be to my clients and friends an ally you can count on and grow with.
