Today we’d like to introduce you to Noah Fleder
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Hi my name is Noah Fleder and I’m an Actor & martial artist born and raised in Los Angeles. I’ve been training since I was 4yrs old and at 15yrs old I found my passion in life, I wanted to influence the world using the martial arts. The question was how. At 17yrs old I was introduced to the film industry through my martial arts instructor and even had the opportunity to work on set as a stuntman for network shows as a young man. I learned those skill sets and have worked diligently to improve my acting & filmmaking abilities which later led me to star in the Mortla Kombat 1 video game as Kenshi Takahashi and also action actor for 8 of the main roster characters. Soon after Michael Jai White casted me to be his opposer in his latest action movie “TroubleMan” (2025) under his guidance I was able to press the boundaries of my acting abilities and create a memorable character on screen with one of my childhood heroes. I have much to learn and am extremely eager to show the world the beauty of martial arts through film.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been nothing but a smooth road. I technically am living a make believe job haha this isn’t a normal field you can really go to school for and get a diploma with a road map to success. I always tell people the reason I am here is because I failed more times than anyone else and always decided to stand back up. Staying defeated is a choice, so is getting back up
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Osu films?
Osu films; pronounced “OSS”
Is my production company made up of my best friends who have believed in me since day 1. We have shed blood, sweat and tears to learn this craft regardless of income, we truly wanted to devote our spirits to become the best filmmakers we could. Our client roster includes companies like Warner Brothers, Netherrealms Studios, Paramount Pictures, Brooks running shoes, Lululemon, Sony, and so many other brands. I’m the most proud we have created a company that has had a fruitful past but we would love the opportunity to produce and create our own feature film.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
When I was about 23 years old I had more money saved up from a film I made on YouTube that generated over 300 Million views. I was getting recognized and was making a large income. I remember seeing my bank account with the most money I’d ever seen at the time… and I felt satisfied. In an INSTANT I hated that feeling. Satisfaction can be the death of growth so very quickly I wanted to dump all the funds I had into my next big film project. A series that pushed my action style but mainly focused on my acting capabilities. As soon as we went into pre-production I got a phone called from a friend who was working for marvel studios. He invited me to Atlanta to see him and what he was working on. He told me all the executives are planning on putting all the marvel characters into one movie, called “The Avengers” which he asked me to be apart of the stunt team. It would soon follow about 5 movies after. I remember instantly thinking…. Shit I just dumped all my money into my tiny film haha but I also remember feeling so proud that I was acting with my friends at home in LA. I didn’t want to be a stuntman and that was the definitive moment in my career that I took a risk to pursue action acting full time. I was beyond humbled to get the opportunity but I’ve never looked back.
