Hi NIC, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
We are a family owned restaurant/mobile food trucks that was initially established in 2001 selling traditional tacos. Over the course of the years specifically in 2018 we decided it was time to bring something new to the Valley. With so many Delicous Birria food trucks and restaurants in Downtown LA, we knew we needed to bring something closer to home. In 2018 we made the biggest decision of our lives, we closed our taco truck and began working on our birria recipe. With the help of our family member: mom,dad, sister, wife , and after many fails our growth was magical. We went from cooking 25 pounds of meat a day to now cooking over 3000 pounds on an average week. The purpose of our menu was to bring traditional and authentic flavors with an twist to cater our millennial/modern palate. Our reciepe isnt perfect but one thing for sure is the pride and love that is engraved in each and every taco. We use nothing but quality items in our recipe, from meat and vegetable to sugar and salt.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Definitely it hasnt been a smooth ride. We have overcome many adversities through our journey, obstancles that no restaurant owner is ever told to watch out for. From low sales to false injury claims by past employees. Not to mention broken windows, stolen vehicles and flat tires from people within our own community who applauded for ur failure. One thing for sure is god knows we act and carry our daily activities in good faith.

What makes us happy is seeing our customers smile after their first bite. Seeing our loyal customers return day after day assures us we are definitely doing something right
