Baking has always been a cherished hobby of mine, a passion passed down to me by my mom. One of the initial struggles was perfecting the recipes. Transitioning from traditional baking to creating vegan baked goods required a lot of experimentation and testing. We had to find the right balance of ingredients that would deliver the same taste and texture as their non-vegan counterparts. This process involved numerous trial and error attempts to get each recipe just right.
Educating the market about vegan desserts was also a hurdle we had to overcome. Many people had preconceived notions about vegan baking, often assuming that it meant sacrificing taste and indulgence.
