Today we’d like to introduce you to Miriam Hoffman, Candice Bernstein
Hi Miriam Hoffman, Candice Bernstein, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The two of us met while working in the Reality Based TV Packaging Department at William Morris Talent Agency now WME. It was here where we discovered we were like minded creative people who love everything to do with talent and casting. We always knew we were destined to start a company together, but needed to venture out on our own paths first. Miriam going into the scripted casting arena while Candice continued in the world of unscripted. In 2019, they joined forces to join their own casting company covering both both Scripted, unscripted television, film, digital and everything inbetween.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There are always struggles when starting a new company, but it always helps when you have the support of your partner in crime. We can weather anything.

Our casting company thrives finding creative casting solutions in our ever evolving landscape of the entertainment industry. . We have a unique situation because we cast both scripted and unscripted where other companies focus on one specialty. We have the ability to help see a clients vision through to the end. With our vast experience in talent development, casting and producing, we are able to see outside of the box aiding both new and existing clients to best realize their creative. Our natural ability to understand a writer or director’s vision allows us to help bring their conception to life, something we find thrilling.
