Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle Swist.
Hi Michelle, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Hi, I am blessed to be living and practicing my life’s passion and purpose, I help spiritually open-minded individuals bring their mind, body, and spirit into balance by guiding them on their healing and wellness journey. I hope by sharing my story, I can inspire you in your journey.
I have battled anxiety for years, but my wellness journey began in 2012 with episodes of extreme pain shooting through the left side of my face. This pain, caused by even the mildest stimulations i.e.; brushing my teeth, washing my face, eating, smiling and even a slight breeze, felt like a bolt of lightning struck my face, ending with stabs to my brain! Daily life became unbearable as the pain worsened and anxiety took over.
Eventually, I was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia.
But being diagnosed with a fancy term did not solve the problem. I needed to find ways to manage and work through the pain.
As the result of my diagnosis, I embarked on a complete wellness journey, which included a personal awakening. Through practicing such rituals as yoga and meditation, working with a life coach, crystals, connecting to Angels, and a moment of Spirit speaking to me, I learned I am clairaudient!
Claire means clear in a supersensory fashion, -audient means hearer. Wow! I went from not even knowing what that word meant, to realizing I have an amazing, God-given gift. This ignited a curiosity in me, and I began to explore my spirituality and gifts.
I immersed myself in the study of Reiki (life force energy), exploring my Claire senses, crystals for healing, and connecting with Angels. Further, I learned about the healing properties of plants, incorporating essential oils and plant-based tinctures into my wellness routine. Most importantly, I embraced all of my Claire senses~my ability to hear, see, feel, and know messages for others and myself.
Through my journey, I found my purpose. I am passionate about my calling to use my gifts to serve others in their healing and spiritual wellness journeys. I created Divine Discovery and Development to offer my Intuitive Energy Sessions and teach, attune and certify Usui and Karuna Ki Reiki practitioners and teachers.
Throughout my incredible adventure, because it has been an adventure, I discovered that I am an Empath! An empath is a person highly attuned to the feelings and emotions of those around them. Their ability to discern what others are feeling goes beyond empathy and extends to actually taking those feelings on; feeling what another person is feeling at an emotional or even physical level. Living as an empath can be extremely difficult and draining but I now see challenges as opportunities to grow. Having the ability to use different tools to help release, remove and block others’ toxic or unwanted energy has been a game-changer.
I have been blessed with so many different opportunities to work on myself, be of service to others and collaborate with magical beings that also want to shine and share their love, light, wisdom, and knowledge.
During the first three months of 2021 I invested in myself by joining a program called Create the Life you Love by Quantum Entanglement and it has been life-changing!! I was so excited and super scared when the CLYL program started. I wanted to Level Up but the thought of doing the work scared me. I didn’t let fear stop me. I’m so grateful I decided to do the work. It’s all about taking baby steps! Those baby steps turned into gigantic steps for me. The tools I have learned have helped me peel back the layers and become aware of thoughts and feelings, identifying what is my programmed (ego) self vs. authentic self, ways to release and let go of the baggage that no longer serves me so I can Level Up! After completing the program I realized that I love being an intuitive energy practitioner and teacher. I am extremely passionate about sharing, guiding, and teaching. Especially the younger generation about empaths, energy work, and Claire Senses. They are open to so many of their gifts yet they may not know who to talk to regarding their gifts. They may turn to drugs and alcohol to escape or numb their gifts because they don’t understand them. I love to discuss, guide, and support others using our gifts with light and love. By learning to create healthy boundaries and protecting our energy, we can thrive. Throughout the process of building my own Reiki and spiritual business Divine Discovery and Development to be of service to others, has led me to collaborate with Quantum Entanglement. QE has given me the additional platform needed to outreach to other people blessing me with the opportunity to share my gifts with more. We are a team of like-minded individuals who each represent a specific chakra. Our passion is to be a channel of love and light.

I have to say that I am truly grateful for all of my experiences and challenges because I know they have all been opportunities and lessons learned. I know this sounds crazy but if it wasn’t for my Trigeminal Neuralgia diagnosis I may not have discovered my calling and life’s purpose. I’m thankful to be TN episode free for over four years now. I know there will always be something in my life to work on but that is how we evolve. I am not afraid to put in the time, effort, and work. I have the tools and know where to seek out more if need be. It creates deeper healing and love for my life and myself!! I am grateful that in my forties I realized my life’s purpose and I am living a life I love. Please know it is never too late to do what you love. One of my favorite quotes I will leave you with is from Rumi~ ”Let the beauty of what you love be what you do. “
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all! There have been many struggles but, I’m grateful for my experiences and challenges because I know they have all been opportunities and lessons learned.

I created Divine Discovery and Development to offer my Intuitive Energy Sessions, teach, attune and certify Usui and Karuna Ki Reiki practitioners and teachers. My Intuitive Energy session helps to bring healing and balance to your entire being. Using the healing modality, Reiki, to cleanse and clear your energetic body, the process balances your chakras and works holistically on the whole body, mind, and spirit. The purpose of a Reiki treatment:
Helps reduce stress & anxiety.
Promotes harmony & balance.
Creates deep relaxation.
Accelerate natural healing.
Boosts energy levels.
Supports other medical modalities including traditional therapies.
During the session, I am able to tap into your energy to receive guidance that will help me facilitate any additional healing or clarity you may need at the moment. Depending on the type of healing needed, I may use crystals and/or essential oils to help balance, relax, and accelerate your body’s natural healing process.

To learn Usui Reiki, the student must go through a series of attunements given by a Reiki Master. These attunements transfer Reiki to the student and open the individual to the Reiki energy so that one can give Reiki to one’s self and others.
Reiki is taught in Levels (Degrees)
