Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristina Simic.

Hi Kristina, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
With thirteen years of experience in PR, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing, I have had the privilege of working with renowned international luxury brands like Salvatore Ferragamo, Valentino, Estée Lauder, Chopard, Hublot, and Patek Philippe. My expertise spans both in-house and agency roles, allowing me to develop and execute marketing strategies from inception to optimization.

Originally from Croatia, I grew up in Italy, where my journey into social media began. It was during this time that I developed a passion for communication through visual elements and social media strategies. Later, during my five-year tenure in Abu Dhabi (UAE), I had the privilege of working with the esteemed luxury watch and jewelry brands mentioned above. This experience immersed me in luxury and exclusivity, allowing me to develop a profound understanding of effective communication in the context of luxury brands.

After my time in the Emirates, I made the move to Los Angeles, where I had a crucial career crossroads. I found myself captivated by the fascinating world of the high-end luxury real estate industry. Although my aspirations to become a real estate agent were hindered by health issues preventing me from obtaining a license, I found my niche in the industry by providing social media services for real estate agents. What began as a solo consulting venture has now grown into LEVANTAGE and a team of four, assisting real estate agents in building their brand presence and expanding their audience on social media.

We take a unique and personalized approach to social media, recognizing that every agent is distinct. Therefore, we tailor our strategies based on their target audience rather than relying on generic rules or overused templates. Our track record includes collaborations with top producers from Compass, Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s, and Douglas Elliman in California.

Buying a home is one of the most significant choices individuals and families make, as it often represents a substantial portion of their wealth. At this critical intersection, real estate agents play a vital role in assisting clients. Their expertise lies not only in helping clients select the right home and navigate the ever-changing market but also in providing invaluable support throughout the often stressful process. Real estate agents are not mere intermediaries; they must establish themselves as trusted authorities in their field.

This is where our role comes in. We help these agents build their brand in the market, yielding two main effects.

Firstly, we help them maintain and improve authentic relationships with their clients. Secondly, by establishing their authority on social media platforms where audiences spend an average of three hours per day, we enable them to generate leads and expand their business.

In summary, we are passionate about leveraging social media to help real estate agents showcase the most extraordinary properties while building their online presence. Our commitment lies in creating tailored strategies that resonate with their specific audience and goals, resulting in success and growth within the industry.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
One of the most challenging aspects I recall was establishing my name in the right circles, but our journey has been marked by a seamless path, with word-of-mouth recommendations and a roster of satisfied clients paving the way.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
I particularly enjoy the weather (not so much this year!!), the vibrant lifestyle, the spirit of innovation, and the remarkable variety of houses in this city.
