Hi Hardy, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My full name is Hardy Vibert though in California’s vibrant nightlife scene, I’m often known as Hardy Hollywood. Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts I’ve always had a natural ability to bring people together and create unforgettable experiences. That energy turned into something real when I moved out to California in 2012 to study computer science. I didn’t know it at the time, but that move would completely change the direction of my life.
I landed my first opportunity in nightlife at PlayHouse Nightclub, no real background in the industry, just hustle, curiosity, and a passion for the scene. That’s where I got my start, learning the ropes and building relationships. From there, I built PHH Hospitality Group, a company rooted in making people feel connected and seen, whether it’s through VIP hosting, events, or bringing the right energy to the room.
After working in the nightlife industry for years, I found myself in a solid position, I had built up a good amount of capital. But I also knew that just stacking cash wasn’t the move long-term. I started diving deep into investing, not just real estate, but all kinds of entrepreneurial and financial books. I spent months learning, studying, and trying to figure out how to make that money work for me instead of the other way around.
That’s when real estate clicked for me. It made sense, the numbers, the control, the long-term value. So I launched Vibe Investment , a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning value-add multi-unit residential assets. Now we help investors grow their portfolios while improving properties and neighborhoods at the same time. For me, it’s about building wealth with intention, not just for myself, but for everyone we work with.
What got me here is consistency, relationships, and never being afraid to bet on myself, whether it’s nightlife, business, or building something from the ground up. I’m still hungry, still learning, and still leveling up.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely not a smooth road. But I don’t think anyone’s journey really is. Life throws challenges your way, and what truly defines you is how you respond.
There have been a lot of ups and downs, from the toll nightlife can take on relationships, to the complete shutdown of the industry during COVID. LA nightlife was basically non-existent for almost two and a half years, and for someone like me whose business and identity were deeply tied to that world, it felt like the rug was pulled out from under me.
But the most difficult moment by far was losing my mother to cancer. She was a single mom, my biggest supporter, and the one who taught me what real strength looks like. Going through that loss with no one really around, trying to stay strong while quietly dealing with the grief ,it hit me hard. It felt like the world stopped, and for a while, I didn’t know how to move forward.
That kind of pain doesn’t just disappear, but time does heal, slowly. And in that time, I found deeper purpose, more resilience, and a new level of drive. Her strength lives in me, and I carry that into everything I do, in business, in life, and in how I show up for the people around me.

I run two companies that reflect different sides of who I am PHH Hospitality and Vibe Investment and together they represent my passion for both creating experiences and building long-term wealth.
PHH Hospitality is a lifestyle and promotions company that curates nightlife experiences in Los Angeles. We specialize in VIP hosting, high-level nightlife concierge services, and bringing the right people together in the right rooms. We’re known for creating an elevated vibe, not just flashy bottle service, but an actual feeling of exclusivity, fun, and connection. What sets us apart is our personal touch. We don’t just throw people into clubs, we create memorable nights and build real relationships with clients and venues. A lot of people do nightlife, but we’ve built a trusted brand around consistency, culture, and community.
On the other side, Vibe Investment is my real estate investment firm. We focus on acquiring and repositioning value-add, multi-unit residential properties. The goal is simple: turn underperforming or overlooked assets into profitable, livable spaces that make sense for both the investor and the community. We bring a hands-on, strategic approach to each deal, we’re not just buying buildings, we’re building equity, neighborhoods, and long-term wealth.
What I’m most proud of is how both brands represent growth, in experience, in value, and in legacy. Whether someone is booking a night out through PHH or investing in a property through Vibe Invest, the core mission stays the same: deliver high-level service, build real connections, and never cut corners.
At the end of the day, I want readers to know that these aren’t just businesses, they’re extensions of me. I’ve poured time, energy, and purpose into both, and I’m just getting started.
What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is leading with intention and leaving behind something meaningful, not just for myself, but for the next generation of like-minded entrepreneurs coming up behind me.
I care about setting the right example, through my work ethic, how I treat people, and how I show up even when things aren’t easy. Leadership to me isn’t about titles or being the loudest in the room. It’s about consistency, character, and showing others what’s possible through action.
A big part of that comes from my mom. She was a first-generation immigrant and a single mother who worked tirelessly to give me a shot at something greater. She taught me strength, resilience, and how to keep moving forward no matter what life throws your way. Because of her, I know the value of hard work and the importance of leaving something behind that matters.
Legacy is everything to me. I want to build something that outlives me, something that inspires others to take risks, believe in themselves, and create their own path. Whether it’s through hospitality or real estate, my goal has always been to leave a mark rooted in purpose, impact, and growth.
At the end of the day, it’s not just about what I accomplish, it’s about honoring where I came from, who I become in the process, and who I uplift along the way.
