The idea for MyAleph came from my love for design and meaningful connections. Growing up in a family that valued creativity and tradition, I’ve always been drawn to pieces that carry a story. MyAleph started as a way to blend my passion for fashion with something deeper—a way to celebrate energy, protection, and style. Every piece is handmade and reflects a little bit of my French soul: chic, timeless, and infused with intention. And as a mom, it’s been an incredible joy to name all of my pieces after family members. It’s been an adventure filled with learning, but one I wouldn’t trade for anything.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like any journey worth taking, there were moments of doubt and, of course, challenges. In the beginning, finding the right balance between running a business and staying creative was tricky. I wanted every MyAleph piece to feel unique, not mass-produced, which meant diving deep into the sourcing and design process. Social media and marketing were also a whole new world for me. It’s not as simple as “build it and they will come,” but learning how to share our story in a genuine way has been rewarding. And, as always, there’s the juggling act of being a founder and a maman (mom)—it keeps me on my toes!

Many people don’t realize that I design MyAleph pieces with a little ritual in mind. For instance, the evil eye charm is inspired by traditions I grew up with, meant to protect and bring positive energy. Every gemstone, even down to the individual beads, has a meaning. I’m a little superstitious—there’s always a touch of magic behind the designs. On a personal note, most people are surprised to learn I adore getting hands-on during production, whether it’s testing bead combinations or packing the jewelry myself—it makes the process feel even more special.
