Hi Chris, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey in the music industry began with a deep passion for music, though I initially didn’t know how to get started. It all started in high school, around 2010, when I caught the music bug through my friends Rene and his brother Andrew. They would let me tag along to studio sessions and video shoots, which gave me my first real taste of the industry. I made sure to leave a positive impression on everyone I met, offering to help in any way I could, as I quickly realized the amount of hard work that goes into being an artist. This led to me working as an A&R for a few songs, eventually landing a job at an indie label. After gaining valuable experience in the industry, I launched my own Marketing/ PR company, Sour Apple Agency, to help creators and businesses succeed. Sour Apple Agency was founded in 2023 with the mission to support creators and businesses in their marketing efforts. Drawing from 10 years of industry experience, the company leverages deep knowledge and expertise to offer tailored strategies and solutions. In addition to marketing services, Sour Apple Agency organizes local events to foster community connections and networking opportunities. The agency’s foundation is built on a passion for helping others succeed through innovative marketing and community engagement.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
In my opinion there is always going to be new struggles especially when you’re growing but for me it’s always about finding a solution. In crucial times, it could either make or break someone.. it’s very easy to get mad or sad when thinks aren’t going the way you expected but you have to be solution based at all times. That’s what makes someone great

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I was always involved in sports, I remember starting when I was about 5 years old . Baseball , Soccer, Football , Basketball. My dream was to play a sport professionally but I was only able to go as far as playing football at community college (ELAC). Playing sports my whole life taught me you had to work hard to be the best and you also need a strong team around you to win a championship. Those are things that I still apply to this day. Around that time I started making my transition into the entertainment industry. Started off managing recording studios in exchange for studio time.
