Today we’d like to introduce you to Chi Love.
Hi Chi, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Heartbreak is what inspired me initially to begin my business. I wanted to create a business that inspired others to believe in love again. Throughout my journey as a Certified Matchmaker/Love & Dating Specialist, I have been able to grow my business nationally and have been able to match individuals with long term partners. I also have had opportunities to share my knowledge on podcasts, TV, etc.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I believe we all deal with challenges when we own our own businesses. Finding marriage-minded individuals in today’s age, as well as individuals who are clear on their goals for finding a partner is the biggest challenge I face being a Certified Matchmaker.
We’ve been impressed with N.Y.A. Love & Dating Services, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The truth is, like many of you I’ve had my heart broken before and I know how harsh and draining the pain could be. I’ve also ignored red flags, stayed longer than I should have and have been anxious, ignored, disrespected, broken, angry, abused and even depressed but I still hold on to the truth that true LOVE IS POSSIBLE because it is. My past doesn’t define me and you shouldn’t let yours define you. The past exists as a reference point for the future. Sometimes you have to go through it to grow through it. Just remember, behind every cloud is a silver lining and only you can let the sunshine back into your life. Maintaining a positive mindset through it all is key.
Nothing surprises me when it comes to matters of the heart. What I admire and what inspires me to keep doing what I do, are the people that decide to keep believing in love despite the heartache and pain they’ve experienced. I don’t want anyone to give up on their happily ever after. My specialties include recognizing dating patterns, moving on after a breakup, helping you pick up the pieces, matchmaking, self-love, wardrobe suggestions, maintaining current relationships, dating/love advice, tips and tricks for dating during the pandemic, dating app or profile assistance, ghostwriting and more! Love is never something you should fear. Sadly many of us do. I want you to WELCOME LOVE with open arms. I have experience with practically every type of relationship you can imagine and I want YOU to experience ALL the love and joy your heart can hold!
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
My passion for what I do and who I serve. I want them to feel like it’s OUR journey and that they are not alone.
