Hi Cassie, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started working in this field 10 years ago working for this amazing man named Mike Rubell who taught me everything. When he retired in 2020 he passed down the torch to me and I am now the sole owner of Safety Compliance Institute. My passion for Safety and helping business as been a dream come true. To be able to help employers with there businesses is very rewarding. As a single mom this business allows me to work my dream job and be the best mom I can be for my daughter.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There has been some challenges is this business. As a woman in the field of construction and manufacturing businesses its mainly male dominate so it took some time for some business to listen to a woman in this field.
