Today we’d like to introduce you to Austin Santiago
Hi Austin, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I have worked in music since 2005. Managing artists, talent buying and marketing for venues, festivals, & artists has been my sweet spot. I love to help up and coming talent see their potential through to fruition.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My journey has been a rocky one but in a way that I am extremely grateful for… I have learned so much and gotten much better at all facets of my craft simply by experiencing and dealing with adversity. I am a little stronger every time I face an adversity and for that I feel blessed.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about PAUZ Presents?
PAUZ Presents was founded by my former coworker and I in 2022 while we worked for a venue ownership here in Los Angeles. We began to created curated dance night brands and saw them growing locally. After witnessing the success in Los Angeles we began to expand to other cities around the United States. Now, a few years later we have grown our business to around 30 markets in North American and roughly 300 events annually.
