Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrea Quinn
Hi Andrea, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Well, I have been a business and life coach for 18 years and have been teaching my women’s empowerment curriculum, The Quinn Essentials, for over 15 years! In 2021, I turned the curriculum into an international best-selling book to give more women access to these tools, tools that have been studied and utilized by thousands of women worldwide to empower their lives and accomplish their dreams.
It all really started for me when a friend sent me an article about life coaching. Back then, it wasn’t nearly as popular as it is now, but I saw myself in the description and felt called to move my life in that direction. I always say, “Listen to the yeses in life,” and for me, coaching has been a YES, one that has snowballed into the most rewarding life path. The impact I get to have by helping my clients across different industries perform at their peak is unmatched. And with The Quinn Essentials, I get to witness rooms full of women truly turn ON, transforming into the most empowered versions of themselves.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Ha! Well, I won’t say the road hasn’t been hard, life always happens, but it is about how we respond vs. react to it. I pour all of myself into what I do and, honestly, I wouldn’t change it. I feel blessed to be where I am now and excited about a few special projects coming up this year that I hope will help to empower even more people.
As you know, we’re big fans of Andrea Quinn Coaching . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
My passion is to shift people’s perspectives from disempowered to empowered. There is no such thing as a negative or positive person, only empowered or disempowered individuals.
Through my coaching, speaking engagements, book, and women’s workshops, my underlying goal is to hold up the mirror—helping people truly see themselves and recognize that they already have everything they need inside to realize their dreams.
Some say the definition of a miracle is a shift in perception. I wholeheartedly believe in miracles.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Risk is a fascinating concept because, at its core, it’s deeply personal. What feels like a huge risk to one person might feel like a natural next step to another. For me, risk-taking is not about being reckless; it’s about listening to yourself, aligning with your purpose, and having the courage to move forward, even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed.
One of the biggest risks I have taken was fully stepping into my calling as a business coach. I had a successful career but knew deep down that my real work was to help people step into their power. Leaving what was familiar for something uncertain wasn’t easy, but I trusted that if I was in alignment, the right doors would open…and they did.
I believe risk-taking is really about self-trust. If something keeps calling to you, that’s not an accident, it’s a nudge. Your job isn’t to predict every detail of the future but to step forward with confidence, knowing that you are fully capable of handling whatever comes next. The real risk isn’t taking a chance on yourself, it’s staying stuck in a life that doesn’t inspire you.
