Hi Andrea, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was born in Santiago – Chile and at the age of 12, my family and I moved to Los Angeles, CA. Years later in 2016 the with my husband’s support the opportunity of opening my own business came up, with a lot of ups and downs and sacrifices I’m so proud to say that I am a business owner with a freedom to have 100% control of my time. I opened Expression Lash Studio with the idea of creating a positive work environment and growth opportunity. We are a diverse team of woman that together we make Expression Lash Studio one of the best Beauty Studio in the area. With discipline and persistence, anything and everything is possible. Always follow your goals and dreams no matter how rocky the road gets.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Opening the business was the easy part, getting to where it is now is been such a roller coaster. Between trying to find the right business tactics and the right team took a lot of time. The world is constantly changing with that my business strategies have to change as well.

Expression Lash Studio is a Beauty salon located in Encino Ca, we focus in enhancing lashes and Brows, offering eyelash extension, lash lift and tint; brow shaping and tint using different techniques. we work with the finest lash brands in the industry. Our mission is to promote excellence work and give our clients the best customer service experience. We have so much passion in our work.
