Trenisha, so thrilled to have you joining us again, this time to talk all about products and so let’s jump right in. Please give our audience some background on the product side.
Thank you for having me! My product is an information read for small businesses. I introduced to you, ‘Building Business Credit for Small Businesses.’ I created this book to help those who are trying to gain business loans. I gave details on how to create a line of business, what to look for, type of loans and other steps to begin.

What inspired me to create this book was due to the problems my client were receiving when trying to get business loans. Some companies require a personal guarantee. My book gives an insight on what type of loans they can get without a personal guarantee.

My book is unique because it goes into detail on how to create a business, you will receive a check list on what’s needed and you have all the information need on how to become a successful small business.

How do you maintain quality and consistency even as you grow and scale?
My clients connect with me through phone, email, video chat, etc. Every client of mine stays in contact. I have a Facebook business page that helps people or even become clients in the future. All contact information is made public. I definitely try to keep information up-to-date with updated laws (state and federal), credit laws to help assist with those who are needing credit help and communication to those who have questions.

How do most people hear about your product?
I have marketed my product throughout my website, social media, YouTube, & word-of-mouth. My clients talk to others about my business and how I can help them. Social Media has helped tremendously with promoting products and business. They can order through Amazon, Good Reads,, my website & Barnes and Noble.

What’s next on the product or brand roadmap?
I am currently writing my next book that will help entrepreneurs build businesses, grow their business and how to maintain their business. I’m so excited about this next book and the new business owners to come. This book and my other book will go hand in hand for future and current owners who are looking to rebuild their brand.
