Exploring Life & Business with Vianca Mireya of Vision Oasis Entertainment

Today we’d like to introduce you to Vianca Mireya.

Vianca Mireya

Hi Vianca, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey into the entertainment and music industry began at a very early age. I grew up learning, performing, and leading in various music ensembles, including orchestra, band, and choir. My love and passion for the art led me to pursue degrees in Fine Arts, Art, Music Business, and Entertainment Law. These academic pursuits laid the foundation for my career and prepared and provided me with knowledge about the inner workings and complexities of the industries.

While in college, I was also able to intern with and be mentored by many industry professionals who helped guide and teach me. During my time enrolled in university, I determined that I wanted to be on the executive side of the industry rather than being the performer myself. My love and understanding of music performance, theory, education, and production help me better relate to my artists and clients to get them to their goals. I’ve had the privilege of working with many incredible artists, media personalities, and top business professionals.

I am continuing to shape narratives and building a driven team of like-minded individuals as the CEO and Founder of Vision Oasis Entertainment and the Public Relations Manager of 247 Live Culture. My journey is a testament to hard work, passion, and resilience. I am thankful to be where I am today and will continue to learn and strive for growth. The entertainment business is forever ever-changing and developing every day, and I am determined to grow alongside it.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Getting to where I am today definitely had its’ challenges. I was determined to break into the industry early and learn along the way. I began my journey as a college student and also started my own agency while I was enrolled. Being a young entrepreneur and executive definitely came with its’ own hardships, but I am forever grateful to be where I am today.

As you know, we’re big fans of Vision Oasis Entertainment. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
As the CEO and Founder of Vision Oasis Entertainment, we take pride in being a one-stop shop for artists. Our main goal is to build and guide our artists in the right direction to maintain a strong and well-built foundation. We specialize in artist management, public relations, digital marketing, entertainment law, and more. My artists’ projects have been featured in numerous movies, television shows, radio shows, magazines, and platforms. Vision Oasis is an award-winning executive agency and is continuing to grow every day.

What sets my business apart from others is that we cater to the individual goals and visions of our artists. We operate both in-person and virtually so that our visionary artists can join our team no matter where they are and reach their full potential.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
My advice for networking and finding a mentor is to start researching as soon as possible; the earlier the better. Finding someone or a group of people to help guide you and connect with is vital. This industry has a very tight system. Everyone knows everybody, so you have to put yourself out there. Reputation and word of mouth are very important. Social media also plays a big part in it as well. We’re in a digital age so finding a mentor and networking is a lot more accessible than what it used to be. Using different social media platforms and LinkedIn definitely helped me connect with industry professionals to help guide me.
