Today we’d like to introduce you to Samantha Aiello.
Hi Samantha, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
In 2020 I decided to go off birth control because someone told me that it wasn’t good for our bodies. This was completely new knowledge to me, but I had no reason to be on it at the time, so I thought why not? Fast forward to 2 years later and I was barely getting my period. This was both alarming and very confusing. I always had a monthly bleed when I was on Birth Control, what could’ve changed?? This is what propelled me on a journey to understand my hormones and what was happening to my body.
I was so disconnected from my body at the time, my feminine and my needs. I realized the way I was living was completely out of alignment with my body’s natural rhythms – no wonder why I didn’t have a regular period. Not only did this experience motivate me to start to address my hormonal imbalances, but it also forced me to confront past traumas and the lack of self-love that I had at the time. I began educating myself on nutrition, functional medicine, and hormone health, determined to find answers. Paired with a lot of therapy and self-reflection, I began to see how all of my imbalances were interconnected. This realization became the catalyst for my personal transformation.
I started experimenting with whole foods, healing herbs, and cycle syncing to balance my hormones naturally. I learned to align my movement, nutrition, and self-care routines with the phases of my menstrual cycle, rather than pushing through constant fatigue and burnout. Yoga and meditation became tools to calm my nervous system and reconnect with my inner feminine strength. As I embraced these practices, I began to feel more in tune with my body than ever before. Gradually, my menstrual cycles became healthier. My skin cleared up, my period became regular, and for the first time, I truly felt connected and in conversation to my body. I had healed myself from the inside out—and I knew I had found my purpose.
I became a Functional Hormone Specialist so I could help other women who are facing similar challenges. Today, I work with women at all stages of life—whether you’re struggling with infertility, PCOS, painful cycles, low energy or anxiety and low self-worth. I believe in the power of natural, holistic healing because I’ve lived it. Through personalized coaching, targeted nutrition, and mindfulness practices, I’m here to help women reclaim their energy, balance their hormones, and feel empowered in their bodies again.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I wish I could say this journey has been easy and seamless—but the truth is, anything truly rewarding rarely is. Growth comes through navigating both the highs and the lows. That’s where the real transformation happens.
Along the way, I’ve come face to face with some of my deepest insecurities, shadows, and weaknesses. One of the most challenging aspects of working for yourself and building a business is realizing you are your biggest advocate. And at the same time, you are the only one holding yourself accountable.
There have been many moments when I felt like giving up—when I wasn’t earning what I hoped for, or when I didn’t feel as far along as I thought I “should” be. I’d find myself questioning everything, especially during my luteal phase—when our inner critic tends to be the loudest. But I learned that these were the moments I had to show up for myself with even more strength and compassion.
Ultimately, the greatest challenge is choosing not to give up when things feel hard. We live in a world where instant results and quick gratification are the norm—but that’s rarely how things unfold when you’re creating something meaningful from the ground up.
The more I’ve leaned into patience, acknowledged my thoughts without judgment, and embraced the full spectrum of this experience—the more I’ve found flow in my business. And in myself.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Samantha Aiello?
My business is rooted in supporting women through every phase of their hormonal journey—whether they’re navigating perimenopause, premenopause or menopause. I specialize in holistic hormone coaching, blending nutrition, functional wellness, movement, and feminine energy work to help women feel balanced, empowered, and deeply connected to themselves.
What sets my work apart is that it’s not just about symptom relief—it’s about true transformation. I focus on getting to the root cause of hormonal imbalances through personalized nutrition, lab assessments, supplements, and lifestyle shifts, while also guiding women to reconnect with their feminine energy, softness, and inner strength. My background as a nutritionist, yoga teacher and natural foods chef weaves into everything I offer—from hormone-supportive recipes to movement practices tailored for each phase of the cycle.
I’m most proud that my brand honors the whole woman—body, mind, and spirit. It’s not just about fixing hormones, it’s about remembering your power, learning how to listen to your body, and living in rhythm with your own natural cycles.
Through 1:1 coaching, seasonal resets, women’s circles, and workshops, I offer women the support and tools to take their health into their own hands—with grace, knowledge, and confidence. If there’s one thing I want readers to know, it’s this: your hormones aren’t the problem—they’re the messengers. And when you learn how to listen, everything begins to shift.
