Hi Peter, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I came to Las Vegas when I was 2 years old and have been here for over 50 years. My father escaped Communist Cuba in search of a better place for his future family. Currently, I am the President of the Latin Chamber of Commerce. The LCC is the most powerful Hispanic Chamber in Nevada with over 45 years of community work and business representation. The LCC has provided services for the community for over 40 years and continues to grow. “The Latin Chamber of Commerce is a beacon of light for the business community and a shining star of hope for those in need of assistance in our great community”. I am an accomplished Realtor, Small Business Owner and Real Estate Investor. I have worked very hard in helping people achieve the dream of home ownership. I started my career with Lynn Wardley and that continues to this very day. My work has been recognized nationally by all of the major Real Estate Organizations and I have been recognized as the Top Producer for the entire company in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, with over $700 million in sales.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Life can be unfair and challenging. Mine is no different. However, the love of my father taught me to just keep moving forward. So that is the way I think. I believe everyone has “moments” in their life, you must be prepared to take advantage of those moments. I am grateful for my humble beginning, my not so great neighborhoods and life’s challenges, they made me a great husband and father!

I am the President of the Latin Chamber of Commerce Nv. The mission of the Latin Chamber of Commerce is to promote the success of small businesses by facilitating positive business, cultural, and educational relationships. We do it great and we are the largest and most powerful Hispanic Business Organization in the State of Nevada. The LCC launched in 1976 to offer small businesses the tools and resources they need to thrive. Today, we proudly connect and serve over 2,000 members of Nevada’s business community.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
I think the combination of my work ethic and my word, are the most important characteristics of my success!
