Hi Natasha, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Lovely Contour was started in May of 2018. After experiencing a form of traction alopecia caused by the pulled force of strenuous hairstyling. As a woman, such as many who love the convenience of changing hairstyles. I decided to observe the work of professional wig makers/hairstylists and made the choice to test the waters by purchasing the items needed to create my own. I became my own walking billboard by wearing the wigs I created for myself. The feedback I received was amazing! After receiving requests to create wigs for others, Lovely Contour was born.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting Lovely Contour was not always smooth. The challenge I faced was consistently sampling new vendors to find the best quality for my products. For a small business, just testing out the waters without investors can be expensive. When experienced full-time entrepreneurs state that your current job can help you invest in your business is not an understatement.

Appropriate styles, rather you’re working for corporate America, on vacation, networking events, or an evening planned for a lady’s night out. Lovely Contour can accommodate you for any and every occasion.
Lovely Contour is for the Bold, Beautiful, Sophisticated and Professional Woman on the Move! It’s a classy brand. The wigs I create for women are highly requested from corporate professionals to entertainers. Wigs have also been created for women experiencing hair loss due to circumstances as well for women who just prefer a protective hairstyle or to change their look without compromising their natural hair.
What sets my brand apart from others is that it is our mission to make our wigs look as natural as possible. When you have someone observing your hair and can’t tell the difference if you are wearing a wig or if you stepped out of a beauty salon, I did my job!
