Today we’d like to introduce you to Jesse Jimenez.
Hi Jesse, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My name is Jesse Jimenez, and I’m the owner and creator of Inner Vibez. The roots of my brand trace back to 2015 when I became a certified Reiki practitioner. Inner Vibez was originally founded with a focus on energy work, offering Reiki sessions as a way to help people align and restore their personal energy.
After a few years of practicing Reiki, I felt a shift. In 2018, I was inspired to build a clothing brand — something that could carry the essence of energy work in a new, creative form. Initially, I considered infusing garments with energy through traditional practices, but it didn’t quite resonate with me. That’s when the idea of incorporating crystals into the clothing came to mind.
Without the resources to hire someone to develop this concept, I turned to YouTube, taught myself how to screen print, and purchased a DIY kit from my local art supply store. From my bedroom, I built my equipment and started experimenting. Through a lot of trial and error, I discovered a way to mix crushed crystals like pyrite, amethyst, tourmaline, and quartz into ink and transfer them onto garments — creating crystal-infused clothing adorned with energetic words and symbols. Inner Vibez was reborn as a clothing brand with purpose and meaning behind every piece.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, I had more time to refine my skills. I began printing for other brands, DJs, and even celebrities. Sharing those prints on social media led to new opportunities, and Inner Vibez naturally evolved into a printing business.
Today, I continue to produce crystal-infused apparel while also printing for a variety of businesses — from local clothing brands to schools, clubs, and running crews like Rundalay, where I print all of their merchandise. What started with no money and a lot of heart has grown into a business that not only supports me but allows me to support others. I’ve helped aspiring entrepreneurs get their own brands off the ground, offering guidance and resources I didn’t have when I was starting out. If I can help someone make a single sample to get their vision moving, I will.
This journey has had its share of challenges — moments of doubt, tears, and setbacks — but I wouldn’t trade any of it. I’m grateful for every lesson learned, every person who believed in me, and every opportunity that’s come my way. Inner Vibez is more than a brand; it’s a reflection of resilience, community, and the power of energy in all its forms.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s definitely been a wild ride. When I first stepped into the world of printing, I had to figure it all out on my own. People often say, “You can learn anything on YouTube,” and in my case, that turned out to be true. I taught myself how to print, troubleshoot equipment, and refine techniques all through online resources.
Beyond the technical side, I didn’t have any prior knowledge about starting or running a business. I did my research, enrolled in a few business courses, and absorbed as much information as I could — but when it comes down to actually building a business from the ground up, it’s a completely different experience than the readings in a book. There are many facets to build up, there’s fear, uncertainty, and moments when it feels like everything is falling apart.
One of the hardest lessons I’ve learned is that support isn’t always guaranteed. Family and friends might not always rally behind your goals, and the journey can get lonely. It’s emotionally draining at times — countless long nights, limited sleep, and the constant mental weight of making things work.
But through it all, I’ve held onto my determination. No matter how tough it gets, I wake up every morning with the energy to keep going. It’s that inner drive and belief in my purpose that’s kept me moving forward, even during the most difficult moments. Every challenge has taught me resilience, and every setback has sharpened my focus.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Inner Vibez?
Today, Inner Vibez has grown beyond creating crystal-infused apparel. I now have the privilege of helping other entrepreneurs and creatives bring their ideas to life. Whether it’s merchandise, clothing lines, stickers, canopies, or logo design, I’m proud to offer support and guidance to those who may not know where to start. I truly believe that even the smallest idea can spark something powerful, and I’m grateful to be a part of that initial spark for others.
For anyone interested in screen printing, DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, or simply looking to exchange ideas and connect, I’m always open to a conversation.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has entrusted me with their printing projects. Your continued support, especially during challenging times, has meant the world to me.
A special thank you to my good friend Hoza, owner of Hologram City, for standing by me since day one — your encouragement and loyalty have never gone unnoticed. To Francisco, founder of Rundalay Run Club, thank you for believing in my work and allowing me to be a part of your vision. I’m also grateful to Richie of Tha Riches and to Hancock Park Elementary School for bringing me on as the school’s printer.
Your trust, friendship, and support over these past few years have played an important role in my journey, and I sincerely appreciate each of you for being a part of it.
