Exploring Life & Business with Jadon Fitzpatrick of ArtHouse Collective

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jadon Fitzpatrick.

Hi Jadon, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started out in the creative world as an actor, which gave me a front-row seat to how stories are told and how projects come together. Over time I realized I was drawn more to the vision behind the camera: directing, producing, and building creative teams.

That shift led me into filmmaking full-time, where I began developing my own projects and eventually launched my company, New Terrain Creative (aka New Terrain Entertainment). Along the way, I’ve worked with clients, built platforms like ArtHouse to connect other creatives(launching soon), and focused on scaling ideas that bridge storytelling with entrepreneurship. It’s been a mix of trial, persistence, and learning to build things step by step while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like a lot of people in creative fields, I’ve had to navigate uncertainty. From the financial side of keeping projects alive to the personal side of balancing long hours with the bigger vision…

Independent filmmaking in particular comes with constant problem-solving: budgets shift, investors have concerns, and distribution is never guaranteed.

On the business side, building something like ArtHouse has meant learning new skills quickly, often outside of my comfort zone. But those challenges have pushed me to grow, and I’ve learned to see obstacles as part of the process instead of signs to stop.

As you know, we’re big fans of ArtHouse Collective. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
ArtHouse is a platform I created to connect filmmakers, musicians, and digital creators in a more intentional way. At its core, it’s designed to help creatives find collaborators, whether that’s a director linking with a cinematographer, or an artist connecting with a producer. We specialize in curating those connections so they feel meaningful instead of random, which is something that sets us apart from traditional networking apps.

What makes ArtHouse unique is the emphasis on quality and credibility. We’re not just focused on numbers or clout; we want to highlight real work, reels, and projects so that people can trust who they’re meeting. It’s built by creatives for creatives, which means the details from the design to the way matching works, reflect how artists actually collaborate.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the fact that ArtHouse feels cinematic and elevated while still being accessible. It’s not about gatekeeping, it’s about opening doors for people who might not have had them before. If there’s one thing I want readers to know, it’s that ArtHouse isn’t just another app, it’s a community built to support artists and help them bring their ideas to life.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
The best way to support me is by supporting the vision behind ArtHouse. If you’re a creative, that could mean joining the platform, sharing your reel, and connecting with others. If you’re outside the industry but believe in what we’re building, simply spreading the word goes a long way. I’m always open to collaboration, whether that’s with other entrepreneurs, brands, or organizations that align with our mission of empowering artists. Readers can follow ArtHouse online, join the waitlist, or reach out directly if they see an opportunity to partner. At the end of the day, it’s about building community, and every bit of support adds to that.
