Exploring Life & Business with Geoffrey Taylor of Geothxdon

Today we’d like to introduce you to Geoffrey Taylor.

Geoffrey Taylor

Hi Geoffrey, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Growing up in Seattle, Washington, I always had a passion for acting. I was actively involved in my community, taking Skype classes with popular teachers in L.A. while also participating in productions at the Seattle Repertory Theater.

Eventually, I took a leap of faith and decided to move to L.A. with just $500 in my bank account. However, upon arriving, I realized my path was leading me towards content creation. I fell in love with the ability to control the narrative and educate people on topics I’m passionate about. It’s been a rewarding journey, allowing me to connect with audiences and share my insights with the world.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My journey wasn’t easy by any stretch. Before I left for L.A., my mother was hospitalized, which left me heartbroken. I came to L.A. With only $500 in my name, I was promised a place to stay and a job, but neither happened. Instead, I found myself sleeping in a hostel for two weeks, on Venice Beach for a day, and then in a car for six months with a friend. I had to make do with whatever I could, resorting to bathing with baby wipes in honey buckets and doing charity work for ham and bologna sandwiches but surviving mostly on 68-cent quesadillas from Del Taco. It was a tough time, and I felt lost amidst the chaos of my life. But through it all, I refused to give up. When things seemed bleak, and it felt like my world was crumbling, I held onto my faith and kept pushing forward. I realized that life isn’t meant to be easy, especially when you’re stepping outside the confines of the norm. Every moment is a test, and it’s up to us to decide who we want to become in the face of adversity.

I could have succumbed to temptation or given in to despair, but instead, I chose to strive for the best version of myself. Today, I look back on those struggles with a sense of pride. They’ve shaped me into the person I am now, stronger and more resilient than ever before. I wouldn’t trade those experiences for anything because they’ve taught me valuable lessons and propelled me towards my goals.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next, you can tell us a bit more about your business.
My brand, Geothxdon, is focused on educating people about artificial intelligence and how it can revolutionize businesses. AI is rapidly evolving, and by learning to harness its power, individuals can accomplish tasks that would otherwise require the effort of multiple people. Not only does this increase efficiency, but it also saves money in the long run.

In addition to AI education, I emphasize the importance of story branding. A brand with a compelling narrative resonates deeply with its audience. Without a relatable or engaging story, businesses may struggle to attract attention. That’s why I stress the significance of crafting a narrative that effectively communicates the essence of your brand.

Currently, I’m providing free tools and valuable information on my Instagram page, aiming to assist as many people as possible. My mission is to empower individuals to break free from undesired circumstances and achieve financial and time freedom. Ultimately, I aspire to make a meaningful impact by helping others realize their full potential and create the lives they desire.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you.
I don’t buy into the concept of luck because I’ve always believed in the power of hard work and determination. In my experience, both the good and the bad aspects of life are intertwined, much like the balance of Yin and Yang. Each complements the other and offers valuable insights that shape our understanding and growth.

I see life as a series of opportunities and challenges, with success often lurking just around the corner. Yet, it’s all too easy to give up when we’re on the brink of achieving our goals. I firmly believe that failure is an essential part of the journey. We may fail countless times before we finally succeed, but it’s that one moment of triumph that makes it all worthwhile.

It’s about persevering through the setbacks, learning from our mistakes, and embracing the journey with resilience and determination. Success isn’t about luck; it’s about resilience, hard work, and seizing that one golden opportunity when it presents itself.
