Hi Dolev, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I came to the US 8 year’s ago and worked as a runner in home improvement company, grew in the industry and got to work as a project manager in a construction company and up until 3 years ago that I opened my own home remodeling and construction firm, we do high end remodeling and construction projects all over LA & OC
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I had a lot of struggles in the way, learning the business, financial struggles and some mistakes that affected my business, however looking back at it today i appreciate and grateful for every path hole in the road that got me to where i am today
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We are a family owned home remodeling and construction company, me abd my wife Roshelle started the company together.
We specialize in upscale home remodeling and new construction projects, what sets apart is the attention to detail and the relationship with clients, our top priorities is to always be transparent with our clients and never give up the personal connection with clients especially in a world that everything gets automated we want the old school personal connection.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
What i like about the city is that it’s the best city in the world for the motivated individuals that want to be the most successful in their game cause this city accepts everyone and if you good enough and determined you will have no limits to the amount of success and achievements.
What i don’t like is the traffic lol, could be nicer to get faster from place to place
