I grew up in a multicultural household that taught me the importance of resilience, creativity, and community. My professional journey began in logistics and operations, but my passion for storytelling and innovation eventually pulled me toward the media industry. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—executive producer, CEO, consultant—building brands, telling impactful stories, and leading projects that bridge culture, technology, and business.
Fast-forward to today. I’m the founder of Hueco Tanks LLC, a consultancy that specializes in turning bold ideas into actionable strategies. Through Hueco Tanks, I’ve been fortunate to collaborate on groundbreaking projects, from helping scale businesses like BrightLife and VideoMart to emerging platforms like The Cool Down that champion environmental and social impact. I thrive on taking risks, blending creative vision with operational expertise, and working with passionate teams to deliver meaningful results.
I’ve always been driven by creating physical, digital, or emotional spaces where people feel seen, heard, and inspired. This ethos also fuels my next chapter, which focuses on expanding Hueco Tanks into a hub for innovative storytelling and transformative partnerships. For me, it’s about building a legacy of impact while enjoying the adventure along the way.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has been anything but smooth, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Challenges have shaped who I am as a leader and creator. One of my most challenging chapters came during a professional transition when I faced unexpected setbacks and difficult decisions. It tested my integrity and transparency—sacred qualities—and forced me to reevaluate how I lead, work, and collaborate.
It was also a moment of reckoning with trust: trusting others, the process, and, most importantly, myself. I learned that sometimes you must let go of what isn’t working, no matter how much you’ve invested, to make room for what will. That chapter, though painful, was a springboard for growth. It reminded me of the importance of surrounding myself with people who share my values and a vision for doing work that matters.
Today, I approach every project with a renewed sense of purpose and a commitment to leading with integrity. I’ve leaned into the lessons of the past and used them to build bridges, create opportunities, and embrace the creative risks that keep life interesting. Every setback has been a stepping stone, and I’m grateful for the resilience it’s instilled in me.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The quality I value most—and the one I credit for much of my success—is adaptability. The world is constantly evolving, and whether I’m working on a groundbreaking media project, supporting a startup’s go-to-market strategy, or helping a brand navigate new challenges, the ability to pivot and embrace change is everything.
Adaptability isn’t just about reacting to shifts; it’s about anticipating them, staying curious, and confidently leaning into the unknown. It means learning from every experience, good or bad, and finding ways to grow through challenges. It’s also about balancing vision with flexibility—staying true to your values and goals while being open to new approaches and opportunities.
This quality has helped me build trust, lead with integrity, and stay innovative in a world that never stops changing. More than anything, it’s taught me that success isn’t a straight path—it’s a dynamic journey, and the key is to keep moving forward, no matter what.
