Eleventh Hour Events was created by two best friends (Alyia and Brittani) born and raised in Los Angeles, CA who have known each other for 18 plus years. We decided that our love for bringing people together and having amazing memories is a part of our life we cherish dearly and want to be able to create lifetime memories for our clients.
Our design-savvy, passionate team excels at interpreting our clients’ vision and ideas by seamlessly bringing them to life.
Brittani has a great eye for design and aesthetics. Alyia has strong experience in Event Planning and doesn’t rest until the job is done. Our team is the ultimate guide to have through every step of planning the perfect event. From offering our clients detailed special events tailored specifically for them!
Eleventh Hour Events is a one-stop resource for unique, beautifully designed and expertly executed Events. Based in Phoenix, AZ along with catering to the greater Los Angeles area. We have done the hard work of creating unique Date Night, Proposal, Anniversary, And Customized Special Event Ideas for our client’s convenience. We pride ourselves on crafting exceptional memories that are not easily forgotten.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
With our passion for planning and coming up with ideas for events that came easy for us. With both of us being first-time business owners, the biggest struggles were the behind the scenes of running a business. Marketing for Social Media, Creating a Website, Making sure we have all the necessary paperwork for an LLC, Funding our business while have 9-5 jobs, Us being in two different states (LA and PHX) and of course Covid not having everything being open and available for us to plan events. Through all of that it was worth it; we’ve learned so much and we are definitely proud of ourselves for of pushing through our struggles.
