Milanco Building Group started with a simple mission: to deliver high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes and spaces. I began with a passion for construction and craftsmanship, working hands-on in the industry before founding Milanco to bring a higher standard of service and creativity to our clients. Over time, through dedication, attention to detail, and a strong team, we’ve grown into a trusted name in custom homebuilding and ADUs, known for blending functionality with beautiful design.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. Like any growing business, we faced challenges — from managing rising construction costs to navigating labor shortages and learning how to scale without losing quality. Every hurdle taught us valuable lessons and pushed us to build a stronger foundation, both in our work and in our team culture.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
I love the melting pot of different cultures living in a beautiful city together! From the food, to the music and so much more!
I dislike the TRAFFIC!
