Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’m an English teacher; I started my career teaching in classrooms face to face I’ve worked in different institutes, I also had my own English schools; unfortunately, in 2020, because of the covid pandemic, I had to close my school and start teaching online, that’s when I had the idea to create content, to help people around the world speak English.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
At first, it was hard to prove to people that online classes can be “a real thing” for some subjects, such as languages; online lessons are as effective as face-to-face classes. Now, many students reach out for me to take virtual English classes, but in 2020, most of the were a little reluctant.

La Teacher Alma is a registered brand that promotes English learning through content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, and threads. I also offer online English lessons via Zoom and prerecorded virtual courses.
As a content creator, I collaborate with different brands to offer my students more learning opportunities.
What matters most to you?
My students are what matters the most to me; I try to be close to them, I read their opinions, and I take into account what they ask me to teach them.
