Hi KC, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started off by selling sunglasses in 2017, 2019 I started throwing my own networking events, 2020 I started creating content for others and 2021, I started a coaching business & put out my very first E-book… I think by me learning the fundamentals of business along the way, I just kept adding things I’ve mastered… they say the average millionaire has seven sources of income I want to add on each year as I go. I get a kick out of helping others get to the top. Making money while making an impact is top tier to me so it keeps me going.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Some struggles I’ve dealt with along the way is confidence… if you are not confident in what you are creating it can be difficult. A lot of us don’t realize that we give our power away once we ask too many people for their opinions on what we are creating. I think one of my biggest issues is that I always want a second opinion & that’s what caused my road to get bumpy… be 100% confident in what you are creating. I also recommend for you to get a mentor if you feel stuck or lost, I have one named Brianna Michelle who is amazing &pushes me to become a better business owner (Thebriannamichelle_) on Instagram.

ShadesbyKC is my online boutique Creative content by KC is my content business where I help others create content for their business, I also offer social media management!
CoachingwithKC is my coaching business to help young entrepreneurs get to the next level by sharing my personal story and things I’ve learned in business along the way… My main goal is to be known as a millionaire that creates other millionaires, I think what sets me apart from others is that I’m willing to help the next person get to the top whether it’s starting a business or helping them see results in their business. The most proud brand-wise is for me is the growth… I am so grateful for my journey and I’m glad I started when I did.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I define success by being able to create a life you don’t have to vacation from & being able to move freely, doing what you love & never quitting. A lot of people define success by money. I feel it’s really how many people you can impact.
