Daily Inspiration: Meet Zachary Weinberg

Today we’d like to introduce you to Zachary Weinberg.

Zachary Weinberg

Hi Zachary, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I got started working in the entertainment industry right after college in 2019, where I graduated with my bachelor’s in communications with a focus in Broadcast Journalism at Caldwell University. When I moved to Los Angeles, I was ready to hustle to get work and take things one step at a time. I joined temp agencies to get part-time work and get started in the business. I made connections, put myself out there, and posted a lot on social media to get to where I am today.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nothing is every that smooth. I think one step at a time and seeing progress in my career slowly but surely has been what has kept me in the game. Struggles along the way include rejection and frustration of not always getting what you want, but I learned it’s more important to be grateful for what I have.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a content creator and an entertainment host! I cover celebrity news and post lifestyle content in Los Angeles, but I am most known for my reality TV recaps! I have a TikTok channel, a YouTube and a podcast where I recap all the hottest reality TV shows and interview the cast members from the show, on and off the carpet! What sets me apart from others is that I do it my way, and I am just myself. No one can be me, and I could never be anyone else.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Growing up, I loved to sing and be on stage. I was in acting classes and took theater, but also loved competition, so I played tennis and board games and puzzles. I didn’t like to rough house, but I knew how to build a fort and liked to eavesdrop on the adults’ conversations. I always thought about my future as a kid, and I always knew I would move far away from home in New York because I loved the idea of traveling and living my life on my own terms. At times, I felt I was waiting around to get older so I could start my own life.
