Today we’d like to introduce you to Young Miller.
Hi Young, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Young Miller Tha Don (born and raised in New Orleans) moved to Beverly Hills with his relative Master P, and witnessing Master P’s success inspired him to pursue music and entrepreneurship. In 2004 Master P formed the Rich Boyz with Young Miller, Lil Romeo, Young V, Los, and Lil D, giving Miller early industry experience and exposure. He sharpened his craft on stage and in the studio, eventually founding his own label, DMG Music Group, where he serves as artist and CEO. Today Young Miller Tha Don continues to release music and grow his roster including a major collaboration with Tech N9ne and scored his first plaque when his single “Lemonade” climbed to the top five in Canada.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There were a few minor struggles but otherwise I stay positive,keep pushing and put God first
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
What sets me apart from others is my work ethic how hard I work and that I never give up. I’m most proud of earning my first plaque for my single Lemonade reached the Top Five in Canada.

What matters most to you?
Building a legacy matters to me it’s the quiet work of shaping tomorrow through the choices I make today. But legacy isn’t an abstract idea; it’s rooted in the people who made me who I am, starting with my mother. You only get one mother, and everything she sacrificed, taught, and loved into me is the foundation I want to honor. Taking care of her is not a burden but a privilege: a chance to repay a lifetime of kindness with patience, presence, and gratitude. Every small act a hand held, a story remembered, a meal shared is a way of saying thank you and of making sure her love continues to shape the world. My legacy will be the love I give back to her and pass forward to others, proof that what truly matters endures in the hearts we touch.
