Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I am from Los Angeles and I am 47 years old. I established Dubb’s organic coffee in 2021 . I open my store on WEHO Dec. 3 2022 . I have been an entrepreneur for 20 years .
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No it has not been a smooth journey. I have had a lot of obstacles with finances, racism , permits etc ..
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am the owner of Dubb’s Organic Coffee Blends in West Hollywood. I specialize in coffee but also I am a business consultant. I am known for working with businesses that are having trouble and helping them create a bigger presence and more profit . I’m known to also bring great coffee and a wonderful atmosphere at my cafe .. I’m most proud of me bringing a community feeling back to weho through events and community interactions. . What sets me apart from others is there is VERY few black men in this area doin these things and maintaining a 5star at the same time ..
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I come from a very diverse background
