Today we’d like to introduce you to Tony Sclafani.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My wife wanted to buy a long charcuterie board for over $200. I said I could make one for her. I enjoyed it so much I kept making them and that led to us marketing and selling them for a reasonable price that most can afford. I also enjoy coming up with new designs to fit all home kitchens, large and small. I’ve even done custom BBQ wood covers and wood stove top designs for high-end RVs.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
We have learned along the way the best way to transport and display. My wife does a great job changing our displays with each season and does all of our social media while I work in the shop building boards.

Our goal is to build affordable cutting and charcuterie boards. The more we sell the more I can build them.
Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
Our customers have spent more time at home cooking and creating beautiful charcuterie platters with our boards. We have made many custom sizes and shapes for our clients.
