From coaching homeless pregnant women to helping underprivileged youth tap into the arts, Tami’s passion is to help Life Change graduates “star in the life they love.”
Not one to let a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis keep her down, Tami is a member of the YPO Pacific Gold Coast chapter and appears as a frequent panelist and guest speaker at Real Estate and entrepreneurship engagements. Tami is a long-term resident of Venice, where she lives with her life and business partner John Moos and their blended family of 6 kids — a real modern-day Brady Bunch – she embraces peace and big love in her life every day!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I always say nothing worth doing will be a smooth road! Every market cycle, every day and every home is unique and presents a new challenge that excites me. The market is constantly changing – you have to learn not only to adapt but strategize around it. Every adversity has a benefit — for example, right now the financial markets are very uncertain but we take that and make opportunity out of it in Real Estate.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I think we are most well-known for selling really soulful, beautiful homes; we really curate them that way. We also really think through every detail and strategize with our clients to create individualized plans for them; not only do we optimize the value for them, but provide a seamless experience while selling the house. We are known for how well we connect with our clients and the long-lasting relationships we have with them which we care about so deeply.
What matters most to you? Why?
My family and myself are the most important things. It is so important to really love and trust yourself. I’ve always felt that I am my own best friend, and from that place, I can create in a really grounded way. I love to make people feel happy, safe, connected and at ease — and I can do this through the process of selling homes.
