Today we’d like to introduce you to Sal Vance

Hi SAL , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Sal is a native of the city know as ‘ Brotherly Love’, Philadelphia PA. He moved to Los Angeles CA after a promising basketball career and made a name for himself through various roles in films, commercials and music videos. Coming from a large family with five brothers and sisters, Sal has learned to communicate and interpret every obstacle in his life, as well as how he’s overcome them. Using his life experience to better his craft as an actor, Sal has also channeled the pain of a difficult past into highly rewarding work with troubled teens, creating pathways for brighter futures via avocation and mentoring of inner city youth.Sal is also anEx Professional Basketball Player and Division 1 college New York City Based) Sal is a professional actor from Philadelphia, PA with over 10 years of experience. He started out his career in Los Angeles, CA where he is currently based. Most recently he stars as “Isaac” in the Amazon Prime series “SYN”, and prior to this he starred in The Odd-Essay, The Coroner “I speak to the dead” and Going Vertical, to name a few. In 2018, he played Ronald in The TBS Series “Guest Book” , The Rookie on ABC .

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No along the way I have faced homelessness , poverty violence but I never stopped I only believed in my faith and hard work and that has gotten me to where I am an where Im headed to in more success and getting my word out there with my book , mentoring , speaking along with letting everyone that comes from any walk of life that you have a purpose no matter what.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am an actor , author and advocate for homeless youth. I love acting and modeling , Ive been blessed to work on some major projects along the way. I am also proud of my book SAY NO MORE for sale on amazon.com . Its based upon my life as a homeless teen going to 5 different high schools in 4 years and turning that all around through basketball and different surrogate mother and father figures helping me along the way to get a scholarship to college and become a success .

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Yes I would say believe in you and yourself. Never let anyone tell you what you can do and who you are. You already made it here through billions so you are special.
