Daily Inspiration: Meet Reuel-Azriel Le Flore

Today we’d like to introduce you to Reuel-Azriel Le Flore.

Hi Reuel-Azriel, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I believe that I am an innovative-creator. I create brands to help younger entrepreneurs have a platform to utilize their creative ingeniousness to be great people with exceptional work ethics. I have created a work portfolio that includes some amazing brands and I have an amazing story to tell. I am an Yisraeli-Ethiopian and French business entrepreneur.

I attended Wheaton College in Norton, MA. majoring in Jewish Studies. Matriculating to Liberty University where I graduated with a Masters in Business Leadership and Management, is where I obtained a working knowledge of issues related to the changes in technology, digitalization, and globalization. As a corporate leader, I am a visionary- and leaders like me embrace change and inspire those around me to adhere. With a working knowledge of issues, such as the role of business in society, the nature of corporate responsibility, business ethical practices, and the complex roles of government and business in the global economic communities. I am equipped with the knowledge to assess an organization’s need for compliance and cultural diversity and inclusion. I have the competency and the experience as a professional in matters of contracts, corporations, employment, intellectual property, international trade, leases, and business investment portfolio management.

It was 2014, I was living abroad backpacking through Europe and the Middle East. I landed in Tel Aviv as was my usual stop to visit friends and family. We spent most of our nights at a club called Jacksons. Owned by well-known Tel Aviv rapper Axum (Mr. Jackson). Jacksons is this street-art-decorated bar that has DJ sets every night but it really goes off every night during the week. A friend of mine asked if I was still Djing in the states under the manicure of DJ Phire or Dirt. I said no for that was a thing of the past. I remembered the last time I was in Israel it was 2007. I was praying at the Kotel asking what I should do with my life. Now I wasn’t religious by any means but it was the custom on the Sabbath to pray and write your prayer on a sheet of paper and stick that prayer in the wall. It is said that the rabbi’s would take the many prayers written and petition them to God to be granted. I wrote on my paper. “Make my name great”. Trying to make money to go onto my next adventure, I sold my roommate a beat I had produced-I found on my hard drive. He thought it was good. I thought it was trash. He insisted that that was my calling music. Although I didn’t play an instrument but I had fruity Loops and Acid on my laptop everywhere I went. I came up with Track Artist Music as the only thing a person needed was a track plus an artist and you had music. My friend and I were going to start our own record store. Gathering CDs and mixtapes to sell as digital downloads in Israel. I founded Track Artist Music in 2007 of that year.

Later I landed in Los Angeles in 2016. Everyone I was meeting in my travels was like, hey you’d do great in LA or hey have you ever thought about moving to LA. I had a sister that lived here and thought I’d stay with her for a minute until moving to the next country. I was looking for a Shul (Synagogue) in LA and a Rabbi from back east suggested that I go to Temple Emmanuel of Beverly Hills where she knew of a well-known Emerita named Rabbi Laura Geller. I was told by a Rabbi that I should utilize my Jewish name not just when I am called up to the Bema but in all I do if I want to achieve the most out of life. “Your Hebrew name is your spiritual call sign, embodying your unique character traits and G-D given gifts. Ideally, you should use it 24 hours a day, not just when you are called to the Torah or when prayers are offered on your behalf.

Therefore, I began to utilize my Hebrew name in all I do. I created Track Artist Music Group, Inc. and other companies to help artistic practitioners pursue their passions.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
In business, it was the lack of capital, broadening my narrow client base, and the lack of insufficient marketing strategies available. I was homeless for six moments sleeping in my car, showering on a gym membership to add. While running my business out of a Panera Bread. The biggest challenge on this road to entrepreneurship was abandoning my career to start and nurture a business to reach success, it was going to be nearly impossible to simultaneously manage another career and adhere to the demands of my current and future dreams.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?

Our mission is to help men and women of color realize their potential, reach their aspirations, and to normalize beautification as an expression of one’s unique individualism.

Goal is to offer each and every person around the world the best of hair care, skincare, and cosmetic applications that satisfies the unique identity and cultural experience of infinite diversity. The Founder and CEO Reuel-Azriel contends that “The glory of creation is in our difference, and in that difference creates the true meaning of beauty”.

“We are an experience, a lifestyle, a movement, an emotion”. Skinvious or rather to BeSkinvious is an emotion which “occurs when a person finds oneself envious of another’s superior facial quality, aesthetic or esthetic achievement, or just the overall edification of one’s beauty. Often, one becomes kinvious and wishes he or she possessed that which he or she lacked. Therefore, Skinvious’ motto promotes that we all can have “Skin You Can Envy”.

My new brand Skinvious and its parent company Zilévo alike have risen to the occasion to be the premiere choice for go-to products for women and men of color. Spearheaded by Founder and Chief Executive Officer Reuel-Azriel, the companies goal is to “Create great skincare products for the world to covet”.

Although his company particularly addresses the specific needs of women and men of color. Skinvious debuts products suitable to various skin colors. Their mission is not to focus on the imperfections of the skin but on the skin you want to present to the world. “Skin you can Envy”!

Having to sort through a limited selection of products in the “ethnic” beauty section in our local drugstores. Skinvious-A Zilévo Health & Beauty Company hopes to become the number one leading cosmetic brand worldwide. With expansion into the Middle East, Africa and European markets, Reuel contends that Skinvious and Zilévo would put him at the top of the list, with a brand value worth of about 11 billion U.S. dollars.

Mr. Le Flore primarily specializes in the entertainment business, offering artists, musicians, and record labels a subscription service to distribute their music globally. He also owns a clothing company, a restaurant, a hospitality company, and several subsidiaries under the formation of TAM Group, Inc. With his thirst for education Reuel continually looks at every opportunity as an opportunity to learn and grow. His focus-driven, strategic-marketing objectives have elevated him to the level of success he finds himself in today.

What sets Reuel-Azriel apart from other men? One is his humble approach to strategic one-step moves. One-piece on the chessboard he uses in life is that of the pawn. He contends, “That a pawn is looked at as the weakest piece on the board; it represents the civilian, the peasant, and the impoverished. Who fights and defends the rest. The pawn inevitably sacrifices. However, if the pawn can make it to the other side, reach the eighth rank, it can become a queen, and she is the most powerful piece on the board able to move vertically and horizontally. In a nutshell, she can make whatever move she wants. In theory, a player could have nine queens, or eight knights, etc. winning the game. Reuel-Azirel is an absolute genius and his separation from other men is found in his tireless pursuit to follow his dreams and his interest which will position his businesses to accomplish the Pawn Promotion. The fact of the matter is he tirelessly pursues his own interest so that he can accomplish his goals and leave a living legacy, and that is what a Renaissance man is all about.
