Today we’d like to introduce you to Quinetta Latham.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I am extremely grateful to know and live out my life’s purpose on a daily basis. I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit, but I haven’t always known how to navigate through the waters as an entrepreneur. After launching my previous business as a dance studio owner, I had several women reach out to me for assistance and guidance on how to make their dreams a reality. As an empowerment speaker and woman of inspiration, I believe that it is my life’s work to see women WIN! My husband’s job presented him with an opportunity, that opportunity would result in a relocation from Louisiana to Kentucky and the closing of my dance studio. I know that when one door closes another door opens. It was in Lexington, Kentucky where I launched my new business Divine Diva Inspiration by Quinetta a hub for all things Faith – Family- Fitness & Business.
I began creating spaces where women could grow, glow and most importantly be equipped with the strategies needed in order to GO into the world and be successful at fulfilling their life’s purpose. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with women from all works of life including stay at home moms, corporate leaders, small business owners and celebrity clients. I enjoy having the opportunity to merge my creativity and compassion with innovation and inspiration as I strive to continue to be one of the most impactful and dope business strategists of today.
I encourage my clients to be authentic, be bold and brave enough to Dare To Be Different. I love the idea that as a Brand Strategist, I get the opportunity to set clients up for success by building brands that are unique, valuable and profitable. The journey from start-up to where I am today has been an uphill climb, but I’ve learned to embrace the valley lows and rejoice and celebrate the mountain highs on a daily basis.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My greatest obstacles were my own doubts, fears and insecurities. I wasted so much time contemplating if I was worthy of the opportunities that were presented, doors that were opened, seats that were vacant and tables that were prepared. I am now fully aware of the fact that God has destined me to walk in the fullness of my purpose. I know that I am worthy of occupying space in this world and being an agent of change. I am not here to compete, I am here to fulfill my Divine Purpose.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
One of the things that I love about what I do is being able to see the pure joy of business owners when they see their visions come to life right before their very eyes. I am a Small Business Start Up Specialist, Launch Strategist and Celebrity Brand Manager.

In my role as Launch Strategist, I help clients launch new products, services and events. This is truly an exciting role that I absolutely love! I walk clients through my Launch Pad 1.0 Course that’s designed to help them successfully move their ideas forward with clarity, confidence and peace of mind. As lead strategist, I help my clients build unique marketing messages, create social engagement and identify opportunities to increase profits through the building of new partnerships.
The newest role that I have embraced is Celebrity Brand Manager. As a celebrity brand manager, I manage all the daily digital business branding via all social media platforms. I am the point of contact for all brand inquiries. I enjoy scouting talent, building campaigns and creating amazing content. My purpose and priority is to help clients build a stronger brand, increase visibility and awareness and pivot to increase profits. While this is an exciting role, this role requires a lot of organization, discipline and flexibility.
I’ve prayed for to God for the opportunities that I am now experiencing, He has answered my prayers and I’m forever humbled and extremely grateful. The best is still yet to come!!
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson that I’ve learned as an entrepreneur is to HIRE HELP!! As an entrepreneur we sometimes think that we can “do it all” and that is just not accurate. I wasted so much time trying to reinvent the wheel and making major mistakes because I didn’t hire help. The second part that I want to add is the importance of hiring the “right” help. It is extremely important to hire individuals and organizations that understand your business, are equipped with the right talent and who know how to meet and exceed your expectations. Save yourself some time and money and HIRE THE RIGHT HELP!!
