Today we’d like to introduce you to Lydia Dupra

Hi Lydia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Heaux Cosmetics initially began as part of the harm reduction section of my mentorship company. Liquid Finesse our Oxytocin spray was made with the intention for sex workers to experience less violence by making their clientele kinder to them. We started taking off in the mainstream during COVID because so many couples were experiencing dissatisfaction on lock down with their significant others. Years later we’re still developing formulas to help people from all walks of life enhance their social interactions.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
We have been blessed in many ways with the success of the company. I’ve been an entrepreneur for over a decade and this is my first overnight success. I guess the saying is true that it takes 10 years to become an overnight success. Our issues have mostly stemmed from exponential growth and not having the manpower to accommodate it. We have also had issues with people trying to replicate and even steal our formulas but we’re always finding new ways to stay ahead of the competition. Outside of our challenges overall it’s been a beautiful journey but ‘smooth’ is not a word I could ever describe it as.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are very different than other pheromone brands. We sell authentic pheromone and hormone concentrates and make them nearly odorless for our clients discretion. Other brands sell heavily perfumed formulas that water down the effectiveness of the pheromones (if there are any in there to begin with). Their bottles may be less expensive initially but have to be repurchased often. Our bottles last the average user a year because of the heavy concentrate. Something else that makes us unique is we have an actual storefront. We are actually the only pheromone store in the world with a physical location. We also are the first and only company to ever create a Vasopressin formula for romantic use. Vasopressin is the hormone men need to release to fall in love and our formula containing it, PressHIM is now our most popular product.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
Heaux could not be a success without our amazing customers. We are nothing without them. My team is amazing as well, we have had loyal employees since the beginning and of course all glory truly goes to God for allowing this company to exist each and every day. I don’t have a mentor but I’d love to learn from one!
