

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeff Feldman
Jeff, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I am an native Angelino and have lived my entire life in Southern California.
I Attended Curtis elementary school and Palisades High School and went to college in Santa Barbara.
I met my beautiful wife Neesha in 2005 and we have been married for 13 years. Neesha is also a Westside native and together we have 3 children: Bella (13), Hailey (10) and Chase (8). My daughter Bella attends The Windward School. She currently has a 3.8 GPA and is an aspiring student athlete: playing on the schools Soccer, Volleyball and Track teams. She also enjoys art and recently received 1st place in the Coastal Education Foundation art competition. Hailey enjoys playing basketball, soccer and has a love for gymnastics & cheer. She recently started her journey of being a content creator; you can check out her YouTube channel: @PreppyHaileySwift. My son Chase is an elite and freak athlete. He currently plays organized football, club hockey, soccer, futsal, track, baseball and basketball. He is a 4x league MVP in football and has played his championship football games at SoFi stadium, the LA Coliseum and has also had the joy of playing hockey at Crypto.com area. Chase hopes to one day play college football for the University of Michigan; Go Blue!
I spent 18 years working at T-Mobile, most recently as an Enterprise Sales Director. In March 2020 (about 2 weeks before the pandemic) I decided to leave T-Mobile and start my own business. My wife and I created BHC Express: A last mile logistics company, partnering with Amazon. BHC Express (BHCX for short) is contracted by Amazon to deliver Amazon packages serving all Westside communities, from Santa Monica Beach to Downtown Los Angeles. BHCX owns and operates a fleet of 60 trucks and has over 110 full-time employees. Having the opportunity to impact so many families by giving them the opportunity to work and see the smiles on customers’ faces when their packages arrive is by far the most rewarding part of BHCX. In December 2023 BHCX delivered its 10th Millionth package! You can see BHCX trucks all over your neighborhood!
BHC Express also plays a pivotal role in giving back to the community that has given so much to me. We use our resources to deliver school supplies for back-to-school charity events, we partner with The LA Promise Fund to deliver thousands of personal hygiene products to those in need, Upward Bound to help grant wishes of hundreds of families, by delivering over 500 wrapped Christmas gifts and twice a week we partner with RePlate to reduce food waste and food insecurity by picking up donated meals and delivering them to local nonprofits who are experiencing food insecurity.
In 2023 along with my business partner Ian; we created SteinFeld Entertainment. SteinFeld is the parent company which will open and operate 3 Urban Air Adventure Parks in the Greater Los Angeles area. Urban Air is the ultimate indoor adventure park and the premiere destination for safe, family fun. Urban Air will aim to fill the void of affordable and safe family entertainment on the Westside of Los Angeles. Growing up in Los Angeles (and still to this day) my family and I struggle to find places that are safe, fun and affordable for the entire family to enjoy. We are confident Urban Air will fill the gap. We are in the final stages of lease negotiations for a 41,000 sq ft. defunct Bed Bath & Beyond space, in Valencia, CA. We plan to open a park in Woodland Hills, CA and Culver City, CA and aim to have the Valencia, CA park open for families to enjoy in 2026. Our parks will employ and give opportunity to over 750 local Los Angeles residents.
Also in 2023, I partnered with 3 other local entrepreneurs to create AdUp Studios, a full-service advertising platform. AdUp specializes in projection advertising by using State-of-the-art video projection technology which allows us to turn any surface into a dynamic and living advertising platform. We project static images and videos onto the sides of buildings, landmarks, and virtually any surface. AdUp also offers “commercials in a box” which can provide our clients with a fully custom commercial or social media campaign in less than 24 hours based on projections, drone footage, still photography and digital editing. Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Covid was particularly difficult to launch and operate a logistics company. All BHC Express employees were considered “essential workers”, but State and Federal mandates made completing certain tasks very challenging. From mask mandates to no available restrooms for drivers, to safely navigating the increase of small children running around local neighborhoods. Staffing was a huge challenge for us during the pandemic. We struggled for a good part of 2020 and almost all of 2021 with being able to hire enough drivers to keep up with demands.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Seeing and making the people around me smile makes me most happy. I find tremendous joy in seeing my family, my friends and my employees genuinely happy. I have been very fortunate throughout my life and try to go out of my way to give back to those closest to me and those in need. I always believe that happiness doesn’t result from what we get, but from what we give.
Additionally, I love family time. My success has enabled me to be present for my family around the clock. My wife and I spend a great deal of time watching and cheering our children in sports and fine arts. My wife and I enjoy fine dining around Los Angeles and are exceptionally fond of seafood. We enjoy family vacations and providing core memories for our children.
