Daily Inspiration: Meet Iustin Coca

Today we’d like to introduce you to Iustin Coca.

Hi Iustin, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I moved to LA alone in my teenage years to pursue music, leaving behind everything familiar to chase a dream.

I’ve spent countless hours refining my sound, studying how successful artists built their careers, and got personal advice from industry figures like The Weeknd’s producer, Illangelo. My music blends R&B and pop, influenced by strong vocal runs and nostalgic elements, but finding my audience has been a journey, especially as someone who doesn’t fit the typical mold of today’s mainstream artists.

Now, I’m stepping into live performances in clubs, looking to connect with people on a deeper level through my music. I’m also exploring fashion and modeling, using visuals to complement my artistry. The road hasn’t been easy, but every struggle has shaped me into the artist I am today—one who’s relentless, evolving, and ready to make a real impact.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s definitely not a smooth road. The pressure to succeed, constant time crunches, and the sheer amount of work I’ve put in have been intense. Balancing creativity with the business side of music while trying to stay financially stable is a nonstop grind. But despite the challenges, I’ve kept pushing, knowing that every step forward brings me closer to my goals.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I like to create music that resonates with people on a deeper level—something that triggers an emotion, a memory, or a feeling they can’t quite explain. I’m not just making songs; I’m trying to craft frequencies that make something in your heart vibrate. What sets me apart is the way I approach it—I’m intentional about every note, every layer, and how it all connects to create an experience, not just a sound. My goal isn’t just to be heard; it’s to be felt.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Work ethic, character, intention.
