Hi Gabriella, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
We launched in 2017 Coming from the fashion industry Katharine first handedly saw the waste and stress that comes with that job. She started menopause and was going through a divorce and close to losing her home, a dear friend of mine and now co-formulator gave her a blend of CBD.
Her mood, stress management, hot flashes, and life started changing from this miracle in a bottle.
I (Gabriella) joined my mother on the CBD+nature journey in 2018. My upbringing in Malibu has always been very homeopathic and all about embracing your natural beauty. Surrounded by the digital age of face-tune and filler, the standard of beauty has warped many people’s image and confidence myself included. I am strong believer in authenticity and that internal well-being will radiate beauty.
With that being said natural pure beauty products can help make you feel good without the chemicals and CBD aligns with natural ingredients to heal on a cellular level.
We believe Mother Nature put this amazing plant on Earth for a reason.
It is the only plant that can feed you, clothe you, and heal you. My ultimate mission is to provide a natural alternative to healing and redirect our natural inclination to reach for the medicine cabinet and over-the-counter products – known to severely disrupt our body’s homeostasis.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like every new endeavor, there has been ups and downs! We are so blessed to have such a loyal online customer base through this pandemic. We were very sad to see some of our favorite retailers close.
If the pandemic taught us one thing, it’s that pain and anxiety is very present and people are investing more in themselves and their self-care!
We are a Mother-Daughter team which has its perks and benefits but overall, we love working together and compliment eachother in different ways.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I work as a freelance creative in styling, graphic design, creative direction, but my main passion is a music.
Helping my Mother (founder of CBD+nature) create her brand identity has been such a beautiful experience molding our two passions together.
I was able to use my creative abilities to help bring her company and passion project to life.
I would say I am known for being the creative girl that designs and consults for friends and small businesses.
I naturally have a unique eye so being able to fuse that with social media’s newest trend is a challenge with a beautiful result!
I am currently recording my debut EP “Inner Space” and have learned so much working with brands and can’t wait to use my skills for my own brand identity and voice as an Artist.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
AUTHENTICITY.
To be you and only you. You can change your style, hair, and whatever else on the outside.
But sticking to your guns and letting your light shine is a rarity in this world we live in today.
You can be outspoken, humble, and gracious, all at the same time!
