Daily Inspiration: Meet Elisa Jordana

Today we’d like to introduce you to Elisa Jordana.

Elisa, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started my entertainment career in a band called Cobra Starship. I also was a writer and frequent guest on The Howard Stern Show. Both those experiences lead me to my internet show Kermit And Friends.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
I wish I would have just enjoyed every moment instead of always wanting more in my career. Every struggle has lead to great things. I now appreciate any struggle I had more. For instance, when I was fired from Cobra Starship, I literally felt like I couldn’t live on. Little did I know that around the corner was The Howard Stern Show, which was a million times more fun and creatively challenging.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I created a show called Kermit And Friends. I interview celebrities, regular people, odd people, and people that hate me. It’s like a circus that keeps me challenged and on my toes. I have an open-door policy in which anyone that wants a chance on the show pretty much gets it. A lot of doors seemed closed to me at the beginning of my career. I never want to have a closed door for anyone.

Never give up because all the energy you are putting out striving for your goals and dreams comes back to you, even if indirectly.
