Today we’d like to introduce you to Briana Owens and Armonti Samuel.
Hi Briana and Armonti, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
From production frustrations and losses of jobs back to back, my partner and I saw the disconnect between factories and clients and decided to become the bridge to fill that gap. We decided to leap and never look back. After we decided we could do it, everything began to fall into place.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There has definitely been ups, and the downs are really downs. One tough hurdle we experienced was being in a car accident, we had the supplies we just purchased, and the car was destroyed. My partner broke both bones in one arm and I suffered neck injuries. We were released from the hospital and later that same day, we were back in the shop printing. We had an order that was due that day and a client that needed their work. Looking back, I can say we were blessed to be to able to finish it.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We specialize in production of brands. We screen print, embroider, heat-press, cut and sew, and offer design services/product shots for our clients. We are most proud of our clients because without them we couldn’t showcase what we can do. They also inspire us to take on new challenges. What sets us apart from others is communication and accessibility. We make printing easy no matter to what level you’re at.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Patience. If we didn’t have that, we would be nowhere.
