Today we’re excited to be connecting with Alice Chang again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Alice, always such a pleasure connecting with you and thank you for sharing your stories, insights and inspiring messages with our community. We’re looking forward to getting the download and what you have been up to since our last interview, but first can you briefly introduce yourself to folks who might have missed the prior conversation.
I’m Alice Chang, a serial entrepreneur, marketing strategist, international business consultant and proud mom-entrepreneur. My journey spans over a decade of building businesses, fostering meaningful partnerships, and navigating the dynamic challenges of entrepreneurship while embracing the joys of motherhood. I’ve founded and led ventures such as Famokids, a successful direct-to-consumer brand, and MOREDII, a marketing and MCN agency helping international brands enter the U.S. market.
What sets me apart is my ability to bridge Eastern and Western business cultures, leveraging my multicultural background to craft impactful strategies that connect brands with diverse audiences. My entrepreneurial spirit thrives on innovation, resilience, and collaboration, which I have channeled into scaling brands, managing global marketing campaigns, and creating community-driven initiatives.
Through the highs and lows, I’ve learned that entrepreneurship is not a solitary climb but one where community and collaboration fuel success. My passion lies in building resilient businesses, empowering others, and fostering growth that’s meaningful and sustainable—both in business and life.
Alright, so our main goal today is to give our audience an update on what you have been up to since our last conversation. We’d love to hear how things are going and what you are most looking forward to or excited about these days.
Since our last conversation, my journey has taken a new and meaningful turn. After exploring the business world extensively, building successful ventures, and navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood with my two wonderful little ones, I’ve found myself drawn toward a different kind of exploration—one that’s more internal, mental, and spiritual.
I’m on a path to create something truly meaningful that goes beyond just building businesses. My current focus is on helping others discover and achieve their true value, encouraging them to live more consciously and intentionally. Life isn’t just about external achievements; it’s about finding purpose, building resilience, and contributing positively to the world around us.
Recently, I launched a podcast as a guest speaker with Inner Mountain where I share my journey as a mom-entrepreneur, including candid thoughts on the myth of work-life balance, personal growth, and navigating challenges as a woman in business. I invite everyone to listen, reflect, and connect as I continue to share meaningful lessons and experiences.

Of course, this evolution hasn’t been without its challenges. Balancing ambition with mindfulness has required me to pause, reflect, and recalibrate my approach to life and work. But through this process, I’ve found clarity and renewed inspiration. I’m excited to develop initiatives that empower others, foster connection, and support conscious living—creating a ripple effect of growth and fulfillment.
As this journey evolves, I look forward to sharing new projects that blend purpose, community, and transformation. The next chapter is just beginning, and I’m eager to see where this path of inner exploration and conscious creation leads.

What would the perfect day look like for you? Please give us as many details as possible.
The perfect day for me would start with a delicious breakfast at a trendy café in a vibrant city like Barcelona or Tokyo, followed by a tour of a luxury hotel, learning about hospitality innovations and customer service. I’d visit an art gallery or museum, experiencing the local culture and meeting artists. Lunch would be a private tasting at a Michelin-starred restaurant, where I could discuss sustainable food practices with the chef. In the afternoon, I’d attend a business roundtable on global business, digital marketing, and tourism. The day would end with a VIP concert or theater experience and a rooftop dinner with industry leaders, discussing the future of food, art, and business.
