Conversations with Tiffany Leonardo

Today we’re excited to be connecting with Tiffany Leonardo again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Tiffany, always such a pleasure connecting with you and thank you for sharing your stories, insights and inspiring messages with our community. We’re looking forward to getting the download and what you have been up to since our last interview, but first can you briefly introduce yourself to folks who might have missed the prior conversation.
I’m a Wellness Guide that’s focused on the Science & Spirituality of Wellbeing. I offer Yoga, Sound Meditation and Wellbeing Workshops all focused on creating an accessible lifestyle around Wellness. My 14 year career as an Operating Room Educator, gave me the optimal environment to validate the stress management tools from my wellness trainings. I’ve worked with various organizations providing their teams with regenerative and preventative practices to optimize wellbeing through practical implementation. With some of the most rewarding experiences including EarthJustice, Rare Beauty, University of Southern California Hospitals, Cedars Sinai Medical Centers, Video Amp and many more companies.

My mission is to support Workplaces with Employee Wellbeing, in establishing a Lifestyle that makes work/life balance tangible.

Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
My business has blossomed so beautifully! I was initially focused on partnering with Workplaces and through a serendipitous string of events I’ve now expanded to working with celebrity clients and brands. It’s been such an exciting time! Behind the scenes there have been so many countess hours, that have led me to being more confident in myself and the experiences I provide. I’ve also expanded the conversation of Wellness to include the Spirituality of Wellbeing, using Astrology.

We also want to give folks a chance to get to know you a bit better so we’ve prepared a fun lightning round of questions. Ready?

When you look back on your life, what are three things you expect to be proud of?
